Love this restuarant. Food is outstanding. A must do is the 4 course menu.
The atmosphere of Via Toscana is lovely but unfortunately the food is lacking in both quality and flavor. My girlfriend and I were really excited to try Via Toscana for restaurant week because the menu looked delicious. We had a mushroom bisque soup that was in fact delicious, but every other item was subpar. The bolognese was lacking flavor and the ratio of meaty sauce to pasta was off. The chicken carbonara was also lacking in flavor. I really wish I could give this place a better review but they need to step up their game. Our waitress was on point but lacked friendliness. I will not be going back to Via Toscana as Parma is right down the road is much more affordable and better quality food.
Always love going to Via Toscana. Very good food, lot's of choices for folks with food allergies and the wait staff have always been great. And you can't beat the Groupon deal!
Such a great experience for First Bite! Five courses and all were generous and excellent! The hostess seated us in a quieter area which helped a lot. We'll definitely return.
Food was outstanding, service was great, the atmosphere was better than most places you will eat at. It was my first time there when visiting and we plan on eating there next time
we are in town
Halibut was excellent, proportion was above expectations. Kale salad was not up to par, very disappointing.
Service was very good.
Outstanding food. Ordered the Boulder restaurant week pre-fixe dinner. Will definitely return.
Trout quite good, not superb. Same for the Chicken Saltimbocca. Very good, but I've had better. Salads very good. We did not have dessert.
My husband, 5 year old, and I really enjoy having dinner at Via Toscana. My daughter loves their kale and pasta and my husband and I always have trouble picking what to have because everything we've have had has been great. We've brought grandparents and other family with us and have enjoyed a company holiday dinner there too. They really can cater to many different crowds.
Love this place! We celebrated my mother's and son's birthdays and they made them both feel very special! This place is always delicious, always consistent, and service is always wonderful!
Loved the seperate gluten free menu! The brussel sprouts and bread were to die for!!
The first reaction to the waitperson set the mood for the meal.
The waitperson was abrupt and we felt rushed.
The food is usually better then this visit. The wild mushroom risotto did not have enough mushrooms or taste. It was more mushy then I expected it to be. I should have sent it back.
The appetizer and salad were great!
The desserts were terrific!
If we decide to go back we will try the Happy Hour. The bartender was cordial and made you feel welcome.
Had a nice meal on Saturday evening. I thought the food was very good with maybe one exception. The service was a little below par.
My wife had the chef's dinner with a primi and a secondi. The primi she chose was a Bruschetta with an eggplant mix for a topping. She loves eggplant but found the topping lacking. It was also served in a separate dish instead of on the toasted bread. The toasted bread was 4 small strips, maybe 1 x 4 inches which couldn't hope to hold the amount of topping provided.
I had the Steak Valentino, a filet with a seafood cream sauce topping. The steak was very good. The sauce may have been a bit salty.
Overall I'd still call the food very good and recommend giving it a try.
This was our first visit to Via Toscana and the service and food were excellent. The three of us started with Burrata di Casa and then had the Rabbit with Bison Ragu, Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Lasagne Bolognese. We will certainly return again to Via Toscana!
I'm sorry but we were very disappointed with the food this time. We have been there several times in the past, including a large birthday party in 2018, and we always thought the food was excellent. This visit was for a friend's birthday gift and we were all disappointed. All of our dishes were different from one another but ones that we had each had before. None of us felt the taste of the food was the same as we remembered. However, we did enjoy our desserts and the service was very good. I doubt if I'll go back again.
Food and wine were superb! The salmon was very flavorful! Asked for a beef tenderloin and fries and received the request. Would have only been better if you had a little ketchup (maybe a red sauce). Special with boar ragu was excellent. Enough tasty chicken parmigiana to take home some leftovers! Boxes of stacked wine didn’t help the view. Definitely will comeback as the food and service were wonderful!
We love going to Via Toscana. The food is always great. I'd highly recommend to others.
Our server was very attentive and did a great job. All the food we ordered was very good. We will be back again.
This was a long drive from Longmont so we had high hopes that it would be worth the drive. Food was okay.
Wonderful food and the service was very good. We were not expecting such a wonderful restaurant in this retail area and was quite surprised.
Did a four-course meal with a Groupon and had a very enjoyable time. All but one dish was excellent, the one was just ok. Outstanding service and nice ambiance. Overall a good time and value, would come back again.
One of our favorite restaurants. Fantastic food, drink menu is beyond, and service is always great.
Good food. Although the place was full, our service was at a comfortable pace and the cozy layout kept ambient noice to a minimum. Will be back again. Relaxing and reasonable.
The halibut special was perfectly prepared & so tasty. We had not been here for a year or so --- we were reminded of what a good spot it is and will return more frequently!
This was our first visit and the food was superb! They had plenty of staff to handle the Saturday night crowd. Our only detraction was the noisy table (party of six) seated nearby. The food and service way overcompensated however, as both were great!
We were surprised how quickly our meals came out, but delighted.
We will definitely return.
Our go to Italian restaurant. Great food, service and beverages.
We've been here several times now and everything I've had here is delicious! Ambience and service are always great, as well. It gets busy so you might want to make reservations.
Always a great option when you want very good Italian food, wonderful wine options, ample servings, friendly people and want to avoid the Boulder crowds.
Wife’s birthday. She had the calzone and loved it. I had the penne de mare, my dish had exactly 3 shrimp and 3 small scallops with the penne.- a lot of pasta with very little seafood. Very disappointing. I will probably try Olive Garden next time- ugh.
Very good to excellent authentic Italian cuisine. Friendly and responsive staff.
We love the muscles in the red sauce. We had a wonderful waiter that has been there for years.
Third time here in last year...brought some relatives from Europe. They didn't understand the menu fully and ordered something they could not eat. The staff graciously replaced their selection.
I ordered the Chef's special and it was excellent!
Awesome food awesome service. Waitress was phenomenal
Great all the way around! Even with a Groupon. Will be returning!
What a gem!! Amazing food especially the chicken parmesan OMG.
As usual, Via Toscana is always a great place for a lovely dinner. We're always happy with our meal and this one was no exception. I don't know why they're not more crowded! Sarah did a great job taking care of us and helped us to make excellent wine choices. A great experience all around.
Good local Louisville place for Italian. Love the copious beer selection. Very friendly staff and good service.
Delicious, with excellent service and a great atmosphere - as always.
Love Via Toscana because they serve classic, delicious Italian dishes while also offering healthy modern options. The service is always outstanding and the atmosphere is comfortable.
