Almost three years on from its culinary christening, Upstairs has sparked a reputation for casual dining in its finest form. A self-contained dining space, Upstairs offers guests a selection of small plates from our daily-changing menu, all of which are cooked to order from an open island kitchen and designed to share.

As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy; from expertly-led wine masterclasses to convivial Sunday lunches.

Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

                                                  Absolutely incredible. The food was amazing, the staff were fun and friendly, and everything was very reasonably priced. I’ve been meaning to go for a while—just wish I’d gone sooner!

                                                  First time at a Sunday Lunch Club, but have eaten a number of times At Trinity including the excellent Chef’s dinners. Lunch was extremely good, in fact faultless. Hugely generous main course and pudding portions (too much really as we feel it is polite to finish what’s in front of us). Really buzzy atmosphere helped by everyone arriving and eating at the same time, and no food envy either as everyone eats the same!

                                                  Really nice thing to do on Easter Sunday. Place was very busy so lovely ambience. Service very good. Kept supplied with drink. Food which was really good came at a good pace. Staff really lovely. Had a couple of conversations with regular users and they were full of praise too.

                                                  You can tell why the Sunday lunch club sells out the beef lunch so quickly….its superb!! From start to finish. All courses were fab. Great service from the team as well. And the sound track was also excellent!!!! Thank you.

                                                  One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a very long time! The staff were very attentive for my friend’s birthday and our waiter, Jack, was brilliant. The food was amazing and the overall vibe was really good. Would thoroughly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
