I love it here!!! The seabass satay, hamachi crudo, tuna crispy rice, and the chili lime chicken are to die for!!

We had dined here in January and it was outstanding so we came back for more. The service was outstanding and our server was well versed on the menu, specials and wine list. We were celebrating a birthday and she brought us complimentary flutes of champagne. PS I know it’s hard for some people to adhere to a common sense dress code but wearing baseball caps and t-shirts need to get a clue

The food experience was amazing. The prime rib sandwich. The charcuterie board were fantastic. Also the service of Mackenzie and Javier were great. Highly recommend.

It has never disappointed me. The food, the service, the ambience ! And it is even more special because of the special attention that the manager Elena Ruiz gives to all the customers! She is fantastic! Very happy to have restaurants like Union in Tampa

Fantastic! We love this place but this was the first time there was confusion with our reservation that resulted in a 35 minute wait but not to worry because the manager immediately spoke to us as we had drinks in the bar and offered our party 2 amazing sushi rolls of our choice and then we were treated to a surprise charcuterie and once seated at our table had an excellent dinner for our party of four. Well done Union! We would highly recommend this restaurant for food and the vibe which all ages seem to enjoy!

When did this restaurant become a club for dinner on a Tuesday night? Hard to have conversations with people due to the loud club music-definitely don’t recommend for larger parties.

We were celebrating a birthday and started upstairs, where it was quiet and intimate—perfect for conversation. Downstairs near the bar had a much more energetic, lively (and loud) vibe, so it really depends on the atmosphere you’re looking for. The food overall was delicious, with some standout stars. The Japanese potatoes were absolutely phenomenal—world-class and unforgettable. The steaks and pork chop were very good, cooked well and flavorful, though not quite in the “phenomenal” category for us. The sushi was solid and fresh, but not the best we’ve ever had. We did find the salt level a bit high on a few of the appetizers and the fries—not a dealbreaker, just a personal preference. Presentation was beautiful across the board, and the atmosphere was stylish and inviting. Drink prices were a little higher than expected, especially compared to the food pricing, which caught us by surprise. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We loved it and will definitely be back—there’s still more on the menu we’re excited to try!

My birthday fell on Father's Day this year. We didn't decide until mid-day to go to dinner. Finding a table for five was a challenge. What an amazing surprise to find a table at Union New American! Every single detail of dinner was perfection. I can't say enough about our experience there and I can't wait to return for another fabulous meal!

Our server Kayla was exceptional! She made us feel so welcome and truly made my husband‘s Father’s Day extra special with her friendly service and of course the food was superb! The manager Steven came over and we chatted with him a bit. He was very friendly and we told him how much we loved Kayla and how much we love union- it’s our top three restaurants in Tampa!
