                    朝食でお世話になりました。お料理がとても美味しく、別のホテルからわざわざ食べにいくようになりました。受付もサーバーもホスピタリティに溢れており、とてもアットホームなお店で大好きになりました。今度はディナーでお世話になろうと思います。

                    Unfortunately we didn’t carefully read the location of this restaurant, we had in mind that this was within the resort itself but that’s not the case. Views from this restaurant is straight into the «back alley». Food was really good, absolutely worth the money. We didn’t go for the tasting menu but ordered 6 dishes off the ala cart that we shared (2 people). Might have been a bit of slow day for them since it was a Sunday, but we didn’t feel the service matched the level that this restaurant is trying to be at.

                    応対も良く、お料理もとてもおいしかったです。特にサーバーのショーン君は一生懸命お仕事していて、気分が良かったです。 今度はハレプナに泊まろうと思います。

                    The cuisine is top notch, creative, and amazing! The dedication and love put into the dining experience is not to be missed. My husband and I have dined here twice amd loved it both times. If Curry is on the menu, it is truly the best ever!!

                    We looked forward to trying the tasting menus at Umi while staying at the Halepuna by Waikiki. My wife tried the Curry tasting menu while I had the Waikiki menu. The Waikiki menu was very good overall despite a late change to the main course which was not signalled until we ordered. Wine list by the glass was short & relatively expensive for the quality on offer. The curry menu was disappointing - starter was overwhelmingly arugula - main course curry ( fish & prawn) had only 2 prawns & had a bitter flavour. Dessert course -mango popsicle had almost zero mango flavour & a waxy texture. We made this point clearly to the waiter who offered no alternative or resolution. Overall some good areas & otherwise reasonable service was marred by faults in the curry menu & restaurant response. At the prices charged they should provide outstanding dishes & service.

                    This is a meal you will remember! It is not just delicious and creative food but really is an experience. Knowledgable and attentive staff will walk you through the dishes and suggest wine pairings.

                    One of the best meals I’ve ever experienced. I chose the ‘UMI’ tasting menu with wine pairing—a great way to explore a new restaurant, and this one did not disappoint. Every dish was beautifully executed and expertly paired with complementary wines. Instead of the standard prime ribeye or tenderloin, I was served a delicious variation: braised Wagyu beef cheeks with breadfruit purée, and fried okra. Rich, indulgent, and absolutely divine. While it doesn’t offer a waterfront view like many nearby spots, the elevated cuisine and impeccable service more than make up for it. Highly recommended!
