Ulu Kitchen by Merriman is an ocean front restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service featuring local ingredients and recipes created by chef Peter Merriman.

We have indoor and outdoor dining options, with a full bar, and the most prime dining views in all of Ka'anapali. The breakfast menu features classic favorites like Eggs Benedits, omelettes, pancakes, as well as some unique dishes like the cure (breakfast ramen) and our Hawaiian chilaquiles.

Lunch features our signature smash burger, fresh ahi tuna poke bowl, tempura battered fish and chips, and a fresh local veggie wrap.

Dinner has a seafood forward menu featuring Ahi Sashimi, Grilled Tako, Scallops, Mahi Mahi, Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli. From the land we offer a USDA Prime Beef Filet Mignon, Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef Cheeseburger, and Maui Nut Venison Loin.

    We had a fantastic meal, our server Cody was very attentive, and when it started to rain, we got moved inside quickly. Great location and excellent food.

    The macadamia nut mahi dish was the best on the island. I tried several similar dishes at other restaurants throughout the week and none compare to Ulu’s. Will definitely return next time in Maui. Great food, great views, great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Does not have too many choices and the presentation is not impressive. The string beans are overcooked and mashed potatoes under the fillet is bloody. Raviolis are so dry. Not impress

    An amazing addition to the Westin Maui. Stayed here 9 years ago and this was a breakfast area. Great new option for an awesome restaurant in the area!!
