Your joy, your satisfaction, your delight—it really matters to them, and if you come open to having those experiences, they will fill you to overflowing. Happy hour, full dinner…whatever you can make time for, get there. The chefs, the servers (Matt and Uché are stellar examples), everyone—they’re all in, and extraordinary at what they do.    Best Salmon and toro nigiri ever. Great rolls, brussel sprouts out of the world!!! Highly recommended

   Simply amazing! We had the tasting menu, and it was exquisite. We were seated right on time and in our preferred seating area- sushi bar. Food presentation was gorgeous and the flavors phenomenal. We finally found our favorite restaurant in LA!

   Uchi is amazing and lives up to it’s reputation. The food is expensive but it is tasty. I would go back just for their amazing Brussels Sprouts and Coconut Tapoica dessert! Great service and ambience too.

    Went for the 10 course dineLA Everything was delicious although the courses were a little rushed. Will definitely come back for their happy hour
