   So enjoyed our evening! A very unique Japanese menu! Food is delicious. Loved the tempura and salads! Others loved the sushi! Only thing we voted down was the potato chip sorbet! Atmosphere is fun! It is very busy! Interesting to have the organic micro green grow facility upstairs! Want a delightful unique restaurant!! Definitely going back!

   Server was borderline incompetent. She didn’t know the answers to very basic menu questions. She didn’t know how to open our bottle of wine and had to get assistance. She didn’t even give us a chiller with our bottle of bubbly. I have come to expect a much higher quality of service from Uchi but this one was quite surprising

    Outstanding sushi. Had 10 course omakase with 4 people. Timing of each course was off. Often brought out too fast. Felt rushed for such an expensive dinner. Still really enjoyed every bite. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star for the food for sure.

    Imagine going to an old wise man who lives by the sea in a modest home; although he lives a seemingly simple life, he is surrounded by beauty, wisdom and delicious food that he shares with you as he tells you a story that could change your life forever [if you know how to listen]. This is what it's like eating here. Even though it's in the middle of a food hall, once you sit at the chef's table there's an immediate sense that you are surrounded by a quiet humility [that feels very comfortable to be around]. The sushi rice, fish, seaweed, and spices all work together in perfect harmony; so simple, yet layered in detail and quality that is balanced in the perfect of ways. I live in the world of nuance and have been to Japan several times, and the food here is some of the best I've had in the US. The staff is so nice and humble. Thank you to the three brothers who created a new space where I can feel cozy while I eat my favorite cuisine. どうもありがとう Dōmo arigatō

    This is the first time we’ve dined here and felt the service matched the quality of the food. Usually, we feel the atmosphere is a little snobbish, but the sushi and flavors are so incredible, we put up with it. This time, server Eman, was over the top! She not only made us feel valued and welcome, she treated us to one of her favorite dishes. Thank you Eman for giving us the best experience we’ve had at Uchi!

    We were lucky. First time there to try it. Our server was young girl Jamie. She is very friendly and most importantly Spend enough time to explain us. Whatever question we had. Food is great. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for👍

    OMG! OMG! OMG! Not only did we get the BEST sushi in Denver, we got our favorite seat at the counter AND our favorite sushi chef! The sushi is so amazing that I can't find words for it! Every bite is a party in your mouth! Our server Amy is amazing! This is not your run of the mill sushi restaurant. This is an experience for the senses. True, it's not cheap but more than worth it.     Uchi was delicious. The food was delicious, everything we got we loved. Nigiri, cold tastings, hot tastings, sushi, dessert. It was all amazing. Our server was very helpful with explaining the menu and recommending items. The portions are small but the pricing reflects that. I thought it would be more expensive but was pleasantly surprised when our bill came and it was $193 for 3 beers, 2 bottles of wine, 6-7 plates of appetizers/specials and a dessert. Definitely recommend this place for a trendy atmosphere with tons of amazing seafood.

    So fun!!!! Love this restaurant! Except they MUST bring back the scallion pancakes. We were so disappointed without them. Dinner was wonderful though! Eggplant sushi and kale salad with quinoa and Asian pear are to die for!
