Amazing Food! great service!
We dined outside due to COVID-19 restrictions. Food was excellent. Hard to create ambience while sitting on the sidewalk but heat lamps and warm sake helped a lot!
Amazing service. Everything tasted incredible and fresh!
The best sushi, the best service, the best happy hour. Absolutely my favorite place to dine in Denver.
Drinks - amazing. Food was incredible and the waiter was very knowledgeable and led us to some amazing picks from the menu!
What a wonderful meal we had at Uchi. The waiter did an amazing job recommending several tasty items! Everything about this meal was just perfect. Surprisingly, my two favorites were meat dishes - hot rock and gyutoro. Everything just melts in your mouth at Uchi.
One of my favorite restaurants in Denver... some of the most unique sushi and japanese dishes i've ever tasted!
Exceptional food quality and top notch service by the entire staff.
Uchi is one of the best restaurants in Denver and for good reason. The ambiance is nice and intimate. The COVID precautions are robust. The menu options are inventive and fresh. The staff is professional and courteous. They even have free valet. Highly recommend the omakase so you don’t miss any of the highlights. Our waiter did a great job of monitoring how hungry we were so we didn’t have to stop for fast food on the way home. Very expensive but very memorable.
Super fantastic selections
Visiting with my daughter
AMAZING food! The tastes in everything can’t be beat! The service was impeccable. Everything came out quickly, timed perfectly, and was presented beautifully. If you have one place to eat in Denver make it Uchi! If you’re able to make it for some or all of happy hour it’s just an added bonus as their happy hour menu is large and so well priced!
We have been wanting to try fur awhile. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would live to bring my big boys here but because portions are small we might need to just stick to happy hour.
Great service and delicious food.
Expensive but very good. We did the vegetarian tasting menu which was great. If you were only to get one item or two items I would be sure to get a nabe bowl it was delicious.
Portions are small, which makes sense for this kind of high end dining experience. Perfect place to impress someone or for a chill business meeting
I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday there on Mon, November 9th. What a fantastic experience! Me and my boyfriend have nothing but rave reviews for this place and the meal we had was great as always. The high quality of not only the service and ambiance, but the food as well, is why we come back. Thank you for the exceptional experience as always.
It was definitely a different experience post covid, but their food is still amazing and we all enjoyed the entire experience.
Great place to celebrate! Expensive but delicious, high quality food. The servers make great recommendations!
We did the 6 course Omakase and our waitress Nicole helped us pair the entire meal with different drinks. Our favorite was the mushroom dish they prepare right at the table! It was an amazing experience and one we’ll bring up first when we are asked what’s our favorite place in Denver to eat. Make sure you ask for Nicole when you go. She took our experience over the top.
A little slow to start (we were at table for a longggg time before anyone greeted us, and then we watched our drinks sit ... but went much better after first apps and drinks arrived.
The sushi was very good! We were shocked at how great the prices were but soon realized it was because the rolls were much smaller than other places. We had a good laugh when I ordered the $7 Kinoko under the Sushi section on the vegetarian menu and it was 1 tiny piece of sushi in the middle of the plate. Also, if you are vegan, the brussels sprouts (even though on both menus says ingredients are lemon and chili) actually have duck sauce in them! Our waiter brought me a half portion without the duck sauce because it was not listed- so that was nice!
Absolutely fantastic... possibly the best restaurant in Denver.
Celiac friendly! This place was amazing and sooo accommodating. There wasn’t anything on the menu that I was unable to get, which is very shocking. I loved it.
Amazing food and amazing service! One of my favorite restaurants in Denver!
Fun, delicious, great waitress, and cool neighborhood
Food was good but very small portions. Unless you can afford it, make sure you go there for a drink and snack and maybe after head out to another place to eat cause you may potentially be hungry.
The best Uchi experience my husband and I have ever had! We go to Uchi in Dallas all the time, but the Denver location has totally exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Service wasn’t great. Took a long time to get food and drinks. Never got all our food... for the price I expect much better overall.
Happy Hour is a great way to try many different items (thought they are small portions). Happy hour drinks are a great deal.
Core menu is outstanding and the servers were outstanding. Liz w as great. Great customer service all around.
The food and service were great, nothing bad to say.
My husband and I had a fabulous evening at Uchi. I had heard very good things about the Austin location and since discovering one in Denver was really excited to give it a shot.
We had excellent service from our super helpful server who walked us through the menu options and kept our experience fun and light.
We ended up with a tasting for each of us and each dish was so tasty and unique. The fish is very fresh which obviously a huge plus. The portions were perfect and dessert was crazy-good🤤.
Such a cool spot! We will definitely be back.
Uchi was a great dining experience. Luckily we were able to sit at the bar rather than outside (i think my review may be different if i were seated out in the cold). The service and staff were top knotch and the food outstanding. We asked for some help and suggestions when ordering and were so happy with the suggestions made.
I highly recommend the lettuce starter - exceptional!
Ill definitely be back next time Im in Denver!
This place is amazing!
The waitress was very accomodating and "showed us the ropes" so to speak as it was our first dining experience at Uchi's. 10/10 will definitely come back!
delicious food, great about gluten free and vegetarian dietary restrictions!
We did dealers choice (server decides with a top dollar amount to spend) and everything that was presented was delicious! A fun way to experience new menu items and old favorites! Always a great experience at Uchi
We went on Monday and at least 5 of the items wasn’t available.
One of the best meals I've had in Denver in years. We did the 10 course omakase. All great, but 7 of the 10 were mind-blowing. The kind of dishes where you take a bite and you can immediately taste how much attention has been paid to every flavor and texture going on in your mouth. Just amazing. Looking forward to going back and doing the omakase where the server chooses the courses. Service was fantastic. Friendly, informative, but not overbearing. It's impossible not to compare Uchi to Matsuhisa. Very similar. But as much as I love Matsuhisa, I'd have to say Uchi compares favorably. And with a slightly less (although hefty) hit on the wallet. Can't wait to go back. I can still taste to snow crab sushi with miso butter and sea salt. Crazy decadent and delicious.
