The management here is pretty aloof and the service can be slow. Excellent food though!

They real messed up our order. The host sat us. Nobody came to take our order. People that arrived after had their orders taken. We decided to us mobile app. Entrees did arrive at the same time, appetizer arrived after entrees. Not until it was time to pay did they realize we didn't have a waiter. Not sure how this happened.
Good quality food. We had the Brussel sprouts and shared a pizza. Perfect amount for lunch. Dress warm Incase you don’t get near a heater. Very limited beer menu. Overall good food, we will be back.

Food is so fresh. Staff warmly greets you. Kim our server was fun and professional. Tried breakfast sandwiches. Not too large yet tasty kale salad on side. Andre, manager, checked in on us so gracious. We'll be back!!
The food and drinks are always remarkably consistently great! During these tricky times it's so nice to be offered such a variety of cuisine and beverages, all served perfectly prepared using the freshest of ingredients. The Ancient Grains bowl is a favorite. The service is friendly and very efficient. Plus, the ambience feels leisurely and conducive to communication.

We had a reservation and when they sat us outside, no one came to wait on us for 20 minutes!
It was a cold day and the heater wasn't working on the patio. When the server finally arrived, we asked if we could move inside. Yes, it's covid times but our reservation was late afternoon and there were plenty of open tables.
The server took another 10 minutes to return! Then, she told us the wait for inside would be another 30. We left. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant and it's going to take me a while to go back.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in WC, but it has changed. I am not sure if it is COVID related, but the place was nearly empty at 6:30 on a Sunday night. The food was cold. The service was so/so and there was plenty of staff that I could see. It was actually too bright inside and felt sterile. I am not sure if I would go back. So unfortunate.

I typically have had good food here, but it was not up to par this last visit. Both entrees were cold, as was the latte....just not good flavors and presentation wasn't even as good.

Everything we ordered was terrific and the servings were very generous contrary to some comments from previous diner,s, who thought the quantity of food was not enough ! Service was excellent but the space is quite noisy due to the industrial atmosphere! Overall loved❤️it

Service is always slow. Food is good very healthy. They need to work on getting their waitstaff to be more organized and serve food in a more timely manner.

Since I am gluten free, I find many delicious options on their menu. My choice for lunch was the Korean Bowl which has sweet potato glass noodles with shiitake mushrooms and veggies. The spicy sauce completed the great combination. Would definitely order this again....but have to admit that everything I have ordered at True Food has been tasty!

I’ve been many times trying to enjoy this “healthy food” right in the middle of broadway plaza. But the food is just bland and simply unmemorable. Sorry just my opinion. Overrated restaurant.

Indoor dining area - there are times people are seated without following social distance guidelines per the County mandate

We were served by Gio. He is amazing! All of his suggestions were on point. Gio was very personable and provided excellent customer service. He was fun to talk to and came to check on us several times. When we come back, we’ll ask to be sat at his section.
Food was excellent, very flavorful and portions were perfect.
2 dogs ran in off leash from outside. The severs handled it with grace under fire.

Service great as always. Everyone nice in spite of all the rules. We had a nice lunch in the shade. The kale side salad needs to be reimagined. Neither my friend nor I likes it. It was fresh, pretty but not to our taste.
