   I usually prefer outside dining but because it was so hot out, we opted to eat inside. It was so noisy I had trouble hearing my companion.

   We frequent True Foods because of their healthy choices. Our vegan friends and diabetic acquaintances are always pleased as well. We always walk away from the table satisfied. The service is friendly and I notice a great deal of team work amongst the staff. If dining inside during high traffic times, the noise volume can be a bit high. We love eating outside weather permitting.

    This was the third try for the three of us. Noisy restaurant, no air conditioning inside and it was 91. Margherita pizza had no taste, the organic sauce had no flavor or character. The chicken on her pizza was unseasoned and tasteless. The sweet potato hash was hard as a rock and cold. It was undercooked. I specifically asked that the gluten-free burger bun be toasted and it was not. My friend got a regular burger and asked for toast about it and that was not toasted either. She asked and I asked for the Caramelized onion we got two pieces of onion!

    Food was horrific except for pizza. Latte was cold and second one had no coffee. Food was nasty and flavors sucked. Glass noodle bowl tasted like a bowl of salt with noodles in it and Poke bowl was crunchy rice and old tuna. Never reccomend

    Very noisy Food was mediocre. Wasn’t as good as last time. Shrimp in salad had no flavor. Burger was good . Margarita pizza bland.

    When we ordered our meals, I asked our server to bring me a vodka martini straight up with olives. The vodka was not cold and the glass wasn't chilled. I had to remind her 3 times about the olives. When she finally brought them to our table, she carried the olives on a bamboo skewer in her hand rather than a serving plate. She kept referring to my friend and me as "gorgeous or beautiful". She did this every time she came to our table. It was actually kind of creepy. Despite the fact the restaurant was not very crowded for a Saturday night, the service was slow. The noise was mind-boggling too.

    Felt the salad portion was small. OG burgers were very good as was the the Turkey burger. The best part of our experience was our server, Ashley. She was absolutely outstanding! She should be the one who trains all of the wait staff. Give her a raise and a promotion!

    We've eaten at this restaurant several times and always had a good impression in the past. However, on our last visit the service was not good. Although the restaurant was not busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff on hand, we spent a lot of time at the table sitting, waiting and wondering where our server was. Two different times someone had to go to the host stand to find out if our server had forgotten about us. It was pretty embarrassing because I was the one who had suggested this restaurant. Never again.

    Had reservation for 5 and arrived about 5-10min early. They were not busy at all, estimate 50% empty. Sat outside by request but waited too long before server approached about drinks. Could see if they were busy, but they were not. Server took drink order, as well as food and apps were we so hungry. And took maybe 5min to get water AFTER we placed the order, and we’ve now been sitting nearly 15min. Just took too long to get water and then actual drinks took another 15min … and the place was empty? Daughter has been to another in NE and ordered a veg burger. She could not eat hers, it was tasteless and bland and she thought tasted like eating a beet burger. She wound up eating my other daughter’s pesto pasta which she could not eat because it tasted too much like oil. And my wife felt the margarita pizza was bland and without enough cheese so she shared. Food was overpriced and underwhelming. Service was ok, but given what we were paying I’ve had better and paid less. Needless to say we won’t be going back or recommending to anyone. But hey, maybe our experience was a fluke? Sure hope so.

    We were seated promptly but then no server appeared. After 10 minutes we brought this to the attention of the host and then the server appeared. Food was good but should have been hotter. Request no mushrooms in salad but arrived with the fungi in it. Had to send it back while the rest of ate. Not good. All in all, average.

    This was our first time at Naples True Food Kitchen. We’ve been to True Food in Chicago and Washington DC. Our experience in Naples was excellent. Food was well prepared, nicely seasoned, and moderately priced. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

    Sea bass was so dry and overcooked my husband couldn’t eat.I was starved so I ate mine . Our waiter was wonderful but got no reaction from chef or management when he delivered our complaint. Too many good restaurants on this town to put up with that. Won’t be back anytime soon

    1:30 lunch not busy waited 10 minutes for server. Had to go to host stand before someone finally came around. Was here in November , ladies room one stall out of service and water all over floor. Something leaking Came back today bathroom still leaking and out of service. Dirty. Place needs a good cleaning

    Nice varied menu with many choices. Modern interior is stylish but when many diners it's noise level is quite high. Tasty, healthy food with calories listed to help with decision. Limited beer options.
