   The customer service at this location was terrible, and I will never return. While the cocktails and wings were delicious, the experience quickly went downhill. The waitress nearly forgot to take my boyfriend’s order, and when he attempted to order multiple dishes, none were available. He settled on a jerk burger and fries, which he loved, but my curry goat order was never prepared. I only found out 15 minutes later when I asked about my missing meal—she hadn’t informed me, claiming she told my boyfriend instead. I ended up ordering mac & cheese with shredded jerk chicken, but due to a language barrier, she initially misunderstood. When my meal was finally ready, she left it sitting for over seven minutes while tending to other tables. Frustrated, I canceled my order and requested the bill, receiving no explanation or effort to resolve the issue. For the first time, I left without tipping. I’ll stick to the Montreal location moving forward, where the food is always great and the customer service is far superior.

   One of the plates wasn’t good. The cocktail was overpriced for what you get. And we were practically thrown out after paying. Very disappointed!’

   Service very slow/non existent (staff very nice though), portion for the rasta pasta was unbelievably small for the $30+ price but $40 snapper with rice and peas portion was normal atleast, food was great, ambiance and decor was very nice but I wont be returning again sorry. Just overpriced in general and on top of the portions are a joke you would think that pasta is so damn cheap you can add a lot more onto the plate Ill forgive the small ice cream scoop of shredded tiny pieces of jerk chicken but even then chicken is also cheap unlike oxtail so could of blessed the plate but eh you guys do you and I will do me and go to other places
