    Great food and service for a reasonable price. Our server was very friendly and helpful. My wife had the barbecue ribs and I had the short ribs. Both were outstanding. I also tried the pear mule and would order another next time.

    We hadn’t been to Trio since the reimagining a few years ago and after receiving a newsletter update decided to try again. So glad we did. The Trio we all knew loved is back! The food was outstanding and service was exemplary. Loved all the flavor that was present I. The various dishes. Definitely needs to be on your list to visit and enjoy.

     I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Trio this evening. From the moment we walked in the service was warm, welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. Everybody was so professional and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. The food was absolutely incredible. The choices were amazing. Everybody at our table loved their food. Ingredients were so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. And to my surprise, they had an amazing choice of vegan and gluten-free dishes. The atmosphere was really nice very inviting and very stylish and very comfortable. Great place to enjoy good company. I highly recommend this spot for anybody who loves amazing food, and truly top-notch service. I cannot wait to go back again! Shout out to our waiter, Dominique. Great, great service great recommendations, thank you.

    Food was amazing and the drinks were delicious. The Huck Me was delicious and unlike anything I’d had before. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday a special experience and our waitress Melissa was a joy. Overall service and experience was excellent.

    We tried Trio tonight as part of Palm Springs Restaurant week. From the moment we walked in, greeted by Tony, the owner, the experience was exceptional. Our waiter Josh was fantastic and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend Trio and plan to go back and take friends. Steak frites were phenomenal and maybe the best frites ever. Ahi tuna was outstanding. Brownie with ice cream and cheesecake were the perfect ending. The blood orange whiskey sour was also a signature cocktail. Kudos to the entire team.
