   Our server Dominic was amazing! He was very knowledgeable on the menu and could pare the entrees with the drinks. Outstanding service.

   We haven't been to Trio in a few years but was really happy with the food. We did find it a bit on the noisy side & it was hard to hear the waiter but that was mainly due to neighboring tables being loud. The waiter was nice but didn't know about dish details we were inquiring about, I think he said he was mainly the bartender.

   Excellent food & service. We arrived before 6pm so we each had items from the priz Fixe menu. For our drinks my husband had the red sangria & I had the Blue Hawaiian both were delicious & flavorful. My husband had the chicken pot stickers for his appetizer & had the wrapped dates. For our entrees my husband had the smashed burger & I had the Branzino. Both were excellent & well prepared. Can’t wait to go back.

   Trio is always a great restaurant food wise but what made our experience memorable was the great service wee received from our waiter.

   We've dined at Trio off and on over the last 10 years and have always found it okay, a fun local restaurant, but not remarkable. Had not been back in a couple of years. Well - things have changed, and very much for the better. The (somewhat) new chef is excellent and every dish was a huge success. Do not miss the cheddar biscuits or the Caesar salad. Drinks were a great size and very good value. The new decor is more sophisticated, but still has that Palm Springs vibe. Service was outstanding, which unfortunately is rare in the Coachella Valley. We complimented the owner, Tony, on the way out and told him to keep up the good work - he has really turned the corner with this most recent iteration. It's almost like an entirely new restaurant.

   Nice easy dinner with the fix price menu $39 for a 3 course dinner which was fabulous.
