Food was amazing and the drinks were delicious. The Huck Me was delicious and unlike anything I’d had before. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday a special experience and our waitress Melissa was a joy. Overall service and experience was excellent.

We tried Trio tonight as part of Palm Springs Restaurant week. From the moment we walked in, greeted by Tony, the owner, the experience was exceptional. Our waiter Josh was fantastic and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend Trio and plan to go back and take friends. Steak frites were phenomenal and maybe the best frites ever. Ahi tuna was outstanding. Brownie with ice cream and cheesecake were the perfect ending. The blood orange whiskey sour was also a signature cocktail. Kudos to the entire team.

Great food and value during Restaurant Week in Palm Springs. Had steak with chimichurri and it was delicious as was the Caesar salad and the brownie ala mode for dessert. Terrific Houston chard and nice service

Great Restaurant Week dinner at Trio last night. Food and service were all excellent. Plentiful parking in the lot behind the restaurant. We look forward to returning.

Our server was great and funny; the host was fabulous and kind. We felt very welcomed and cared for. I didn’t love my first drink and I was guided in the right direction for my next one. We got the salmon, steak, and apple dessert and loved all of it. Would visit again.

The hostess wasn’t friendly when I checked in and sat us next to the three ( and only other tables) that had patrons. I’d think we’d have a bit of space since the rest of the restaurant was empty. My fork was dirty. The waiter came across irritated when I asked for the price fix menu that was not given to us initially, though we were seated 30 minutes before 6 pm. My husband ordered the prime rib dinner and said the meat didn’t taste right. We’ve been here year over year but tonight was disappointing on several levels.
