Very close to us, but a first visit. Booking was straightforward and it seems that there are just 2 services per evening - 6.30 and 8.30. For those travelling by car there is plenty of street parking on side roads. Positives: service was good, menu was interesting and food was delicious. Ingredients were handled with respect and the courses were fresh and tasty. Pricing good value for food quality. Negatives: This is a tiny venue (cafe by day, eatery at night) on a rather unattractive and busy road. Despite the quality of the meal - fine dining it is not. What works for a cafe, fails for a restaurant. The only seating is on tall bar stools or 2 seats on a high banquette. In my opinion, uncomfortable seating ruins an eating experience. Seating is side by side, rather than looking at your dining companion and the outlook is bar area, main road or in our case, the back of the bus stop shelter. The food service times are limiting - either early or late and no bread was offered with the meal. Verdict: Fantastic entrepreneurial enterprise and obviously popular. Great food and good value but neither are so good that they compensate for comfort and ambiance.

Trinca is a very small restaurant with 10 covers. 2 x 2 and 2 x 3. It is only open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The wine list is quite extensive and the food was absolutely delicious.

Popped in for a couple of glasses of wine on Friday with a friend. Lovely atmosphere as always. And even given some delicious focaccia as a treat too. Totally recommend for food or just for a glass of wine.

This was our first visit to Trinca. It always seemed busy when we drove past so we decided to give it a try. We were so pleased we did. What a hidden gem this place is. We had a fantastic dining experience in this husband and wife restaurant. We went for 3 courses and each course was superb and cooked to perfection. Chef' attention to detail was amazing. To accompany each course, you have a great selection of wines to chose from and if you're unsure, then assistance is on hand. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent again. We've been to a couple of new restaurants in the area, and whilst in both cases the decor and service were good, the food was mediocre at best. The food at Trinca, though, is always superlative. We must have sampled over 20 different dishes since we started going, and everyone has been excellent.
