   Our server was outstanding and very nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the mood of the restaurant very much. Our food experience was fair - we ordered the charcuterie board and drinks - while the drinks were great, the charcuterie board was small for the price, had weird and not too flavorful of cheeses, the meat was gray and appeared/tasted old, and it came with 3 jelly-like dips that did not taste good and overall lacked flavor. The board is $25 and was definitely not worth that in size of the board and quality of the cheeses and meats. Despite not enjoying the appetizer we chose, we will be back to have a full meal as everything looked great on the menu.

   I made reservation at Trillium to have a special Lunch after church on Easter Sunday. This was a first visit for our party of 5. EVERYTHING about our Lunch was SO WONDERFUL! The food was EXCELLENT! Everyone loved their dishes, and THANK YOU for generous portions! We had such a lovely experience, the decor is very classy, and the vibe is relaxed, fun. We loved the open kitchen, and service was great. We will be back to try Dinner! --Julie

   The only reason we’re not giving a full 5 stars is the noise level and the fact that our bill got added a $25 appetizer we didn’t order. But the food here is superb and the service top notch. We’ll definitely be back!

   This was our second visit to Boise and second visit to Trillium. We love the location, decor and food. Everything was most excellently prepared and served in a timely manner. We had a vegetarian guest, who unfortunately did not have much choice on the menu other than Brussel sprouts and pizza. Otherwise, we would have designated this a 5 star visit!

   I ordered a meal that was good with a sauce that I really didn't prefer. I couldn't enjoy the meal with the sauce. The owner/manager immediately asked if he could replace the meal. The service was amazing, and all other dishes were amazing. Most impressive was the response to resolve the issue and respectful professionalism. Thank you

   First time visit and we were very pleased. The environment was pretty loud but they were accommodating and discretely moved us to a table when a large party of folks were having fun but were too loud to make it enjoyable for nearby tables. The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner - our server Brie L was fantastic. We will definitely return for happy hour and/or dinner in the future.

   This was our first time dining at Trillium and we will likely return again. The food was excellent and the presentation was gourmet. Our waitress was very personable and even brought us a sample of the soup du jour - which was excellent and we added a bowl to our order. We orded the chicken and the trout, both were excellent. They even validated our parking at the Grove. Looking forward to next time.

   Trillium - 3/23/25 - atmosphere good - servers w/ nametags, cheapening the experience - server flipped open white notepad to take order - reservation noted anniversary & they set us right by door when restaurant was mostly empty - cordless broom/vacuum used out amongst tables & around guests for just general clean up - no waters until 1/2 way thru appetizer - New York steak - lacking presentation, steak just flopped on top of greens and all the sauce. - bison meatloaf - presentation nice but texture was unexpectedly tough

   This is a great spot for drinks, food, and atmosphere. Service is awesome, staff is friendly, and food and drinks are always on point! Trillium is a hidden gem in downtown boise.
