Chicken, duck confit, house andouille. Entrée soup served with Hot Garlic Bread
creamy crawfish étouffée baked in a handmade crust
Outdoor dining service was a little slow, but the food made it worth the wait. I could have done without the very noisy continual talking and bragging guy at the next table. Sixty feet apart would have been better than 6.
Food was excellent! Very creative dishes to chose from. Professional courteous service. Highly recommend.
Tasty! Everything was delicious. Burger w Brie was one of the beat hubby has ever had.
My wife and I expected a decent meal and the food was good. Our server was not that great. He was rude and seemed disinterested as evidenced by his disappearance for nearly all of our meal. We could see him hanging out on the patio and in the kitchen while our glasses stayed dry. The manager wandered the floor making silverware bundles and avoiding customers. He was well aware of our empty wine and water glasses, but did nothing. After he dropped the check, our waiter stood at my shoulder, waiting for me to fill in the tip and total. I politely asked him if I could have a moment to fill it out. He moved behind me and as soon as I finished my signature, he snatched the check up and walked away. I tipped at least 15% on the assumption he was having a bad night, but we were the ones that paid for a bad experience.
Great food, a bit pricey!
The food was excellent!
Visiting from out of state, Wife and I dined on April 11th, 2021. Wife ordered the white bean soup and the drum fish, while I ordered the fowl gumbo and the Crawfish Pie with some additional grilled shrimp on the side.. Friendly enough Waitress and very fast delivery of the food, but my beer arrived after I had finished my gumbo and only after I had to inquire as to why I had not yet received it. The bean soup and the gumbo were both tasty, but the entrees left much to be desired. The fish was very salty, and the best thing about the crawfish pie was the pie crust. The grilled shrimp however were delicious. $100 (including tip) meals for two seemed pricey.
Food was very good. Gumbo was really good.
Brian was the best
Service is always great attentive and cuisine is very good and fresh always top of my list for restaurants
bottomless mimosas and brunch was amazing.
Always delicious - hands down the buffalo frog legs and the gumbo will bring us back again and again! Happy hour was fun and the pork crackling with spread is Ah-May-zing - don't miss it.
We sat out on the terrace, listening to the magical live music and enjoying the crawfish special. It was a special evening. Definitely didn’t feel like a hotel restaurant outside. Lovely staff. Great service. Oysters were especially briny and succulent.
Trenasse provided us with a wonderful food taste experience, very pleasant atmosphere and great service.
The service, location, and ambiance was very good. We just didn't care for the taste of the food. Wasn't bad, just wasn't good either.
The restaurant was packed for brunch and the atmosphere was really chatty. Service was definitely slower than my previous visits, probably due to the amount of guests.
Great food and service!
I"m so happy Trenasse is open! Indoor and outdoor seating were packed. The manager greeted us. The champagne was cold and bubbly. The crawfish pie was melt in your mouth. The CBD salad and the green goddess dressing are a must!
I love it!!
I went for brunch with my girlfriends. EJ was absolutely phenomenal! The entire experience would have been perfect if we didn’t have an obnoxious table next to us. They were loud, common and rowdy. To no one’s fault on the staff, but they really did cause a damper on our overall experience. Nonetheless, the service and EJ were great and the food was wonderful! I’ll definitely be back again.
We went for brunch and were not disappointed. Christian, the bar tender, gave us a tip to come back for Taco Tuesday !
Can’t beat .75 cent oysters on there happy hour!! My fiancé got the stinky stew and I had the steak, both really good.
Great stop for lunch, happy hour and reasonably priced fresh oysters on the half shell (during happy hour). Always one of my stops when visiting NOLA.
It is connected to a hotel but the atmosphere and the food is a must. It is a few blocks away from bourbon street and quiet. You will love the decorations and the food. Must see
We dine at Trenasse every trip we take to New Orleans! Exceptional food and atmosphere! Best dinner spots in the Big Easy!
Surprisingly good food
Bland steak and crawfish pie. Burger was “okay”. Definitely not worth the price paid.
The food was not worth the price it was very average
I always enjoy dining at Trenasse and have never had a bad meal there.
It was nice. Unfortunately I think I popped in on a night that was busy and understaffed. Bartender was very kind but had ZERO support behind the bar in order to keep up. That’s on management not the staff. Would try again in the future.
Absolutely fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious. Probably the best brunch food we have had in a while. The server was great! We paid and kept getting refills on our bottomless mimosas. We will definitely come back!
Food was pretty good, good service
Steaks were good but not cooked exactly as ordered.
Food is on another level. We stayed at NOLA for a couple of days and food in this restaurant still amaze me. 5 star recommendation.
The service was quick and on point! But best of all the food was amazing! You won’t go wrong with the gumbo! The redfish was amazing and dessert as well; had the oatmeal cookie creme brûlée. This will be a place I go back to!
Came Sunday for brunch enjoyed
there is a wide selection we do Sunday brunch here ever time we are in the city service is all ways great
Birthday. Great time.
Good food, good service, but its a bit of a lively brunch crowd so expect some noise.
happy hour oysters were amazing ... great price and taste. Attentive and team service.
Eh don’t pick place based on cheap bottomless. Service was bad and pretty rude on top of it.
