Birthday. Great time.
Good food, good service, but its a bit of a lively brunch crowd so expect some noise.
Eh don’t pick place based on cheap bottomless. Service was bad and pretty rude on top of it.
1. Service was amazing! Brian was our waiter and he did a phenomenal job of taking care of use, and ensuring that our Bottomless Mimosas were always refreshed. He was very attentive, and great with conversation. Besides Brian, all of the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
2. Ambience was wonderful. We sat outside in the patio area and although it was cool it worked well because there were personal heaters at each table. Additionally, there was music piped outside that played the entire time; this made it so much more energetic.
3. We were there for Brunch and were not disappointed. My friend had the French Toast with Bacon I had the Steak & Eggs. We both were very pleased. We started with the Charbroiled Oysters {Rockefeller and Gruyere & Pancetta} both were delicious. The only complaint was that the Oysters were were lukewarm and not hot, so the cheese on both was a tad hard.
I will definitely return to Trenasse! Wonderful experience, great food, awesome ambience and service. Will definitely recommend to others.
The food and service was amazing. This place is a gem.
Great experience - a cold winter night so the outside door allowed some cold air in
Christian at the bar is awesome! Helped us with selections and made the best Margarita!
Staff was professional and polite throughout the whole dining experience. Tables were social distance apart and everyone had masks on working. Great place to go and THE HAPPY HOUR IS THE BEST!! 5 dollar Cosmopolitan
Very nice place for Sunday Brunch. The food was great! Bottomless mimosas were refilled regularly. We will return.
Great for brunch. The andouille hash and eggs was great!
The Restaurant didn’t have Steaks which was on the menu I just think being Valentine’s Day they would have been better prepared. The menu is limited and the food was just OK
The service and food were exquisite. There was no detail left unattended.
The food was great and our waiter was excellent.
Five stars all the way. We came to New Orleans for Valentines Day 2021. Both of us had the vaccine so we felt comfortable being out in public. Dinner was fabulous. I ordered the ribs but was confused when served because it was actually rib roast. Cooked to perfection. The salad is amazing only using fresh ingredients like sweet corn off the Cobb and black-eyed peas. He ordered he fish and it was to his liking. The only thing is he ordered blackened shrimp and they were just a little bit salty for him. They were delicious though. The cream Brulé was perfect. We shared it. I have always eaten hot but It was chilled. It’s nice to try things made in different ways and this place is just that. Different than other restaurants. Must try. Dinner for 2 was $150.00 with tip.
Food was great! Nice job with social distancing. Server was very good!
Started off by getting a 17.50 dirty martini that was almost to sweet to drink. Not a dry martini.
The oyster platter we had was fabulous.
Then the entrees were pretty poor and way over priced. Smallest piece of fish I’ve ever received in New Orleans, or more so anywhere. My redfish was extremely fishy and not of a fresh red fish. My spouses red fish was supposed to be grilled, it came out blackened. $150 meal for a pretty awful experience
Everything was great form the host to the ambiance and the food but the server had no personality at all and walk by 5 time where our glass was empty and was not able to get her attention...
Try the oyster log! Amazing!!!! Service was perfect. Everything could not have been better. I absolutely love and recommend this restaurant! Great location.
Our waiter Naze was the best. Would go back
Just for him!!! Service was awesome.....
Great way to end the weekend in New Orleans. Everything was delish!! We will make it a point to return here to have dinner.
The food was great. The manager and the bartender provided excellent service. Stinky's Stew is a must have.
Shocker:The best burger in the city! Forget Port o Call, go get this burger. My sister talked me into splitting the burger and the Benny Benny Benny (3 different eggs Benedict) The house fries were also delicious with a really fun shape. They were ok, the Chisesi ham being the best one. We also had the house made Bloody Mary’s which were excellent. And our server Brian was lovely and would recommend sitting with him. Definitely give this place a try. And get the burger!!!
Kind of a hidden gem. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.
Would recommend. Brunch was tasty and the bottomless mimosas were indeed bottomless.
Went for an intimate birthday dinner and it was phenomenal. The 18 piece Oyster platter with a sample of all their varieties was awesome. The Strip steak was perfectly cooked. Service on point. Will absolutely go again next trip to town.
I typically avoid hotel restaurants, but I would come back here in a heartbeat. The food was delicious. The servers were great and very helpful with answering questions and giving suggestions. The specials were interesting (and delicious). I'm planning to bring my husband here for some oysters during our next trip to NOLA.
Tried the chargrilled oysters. The flavor was good but not as grilled as I like and as most places cook them. Drinks was good, also the crab cakes and bread pudding.
Our server, Derek, was great! Conversational and knowledgeable about the menu! All of the servers were very attentive, and the food was brought out quickly and delicious!
Try the CBD salad with fried shrimp and oysters. Literally one of the best things I've ever eaten.
Trenasse is an excellent restaurant! We had charbroiled oysters, shrimp and crab oysters, oyster rockefeller, blue crab benedicts and it was all terrific! Bottomless mimosas on Sunday!
First level of the Intercontinental hotel. Great food, honestly. Started with their fried Brie burger—juicy and flavorful—and tastier when the Brie is drizzled on the burger. Moved to the green goddess wedge—a fun history to research. Eagerly awaited the crawfish etouffee which was so delicious alongside the cheesy grits. Sweetened the meal with their lemon crack cake, and washed the dinner down with a stiff sazerac.
Always a treat to find such a restaurant when visiting New Orleans.
Great food and very attentive waiter!
Overall very good. The daily special salad was fantastic with a variety of flavors and textures and beautiful presentation. The crab bisque was delicious. The only issue was that the rabbit was slightly overcooked. Looking forward to dining here again.
Food was very good to excellent overall. The service was very slow and spotty, but I believe it was not the fault of our waiter, who simply seemed overworked. I would fault the manager for perhaps not having enough staff on hand - and understand that things are crazy during COVID-19. We asked to sit outside and were accommodated with two propane heaters, which was great, as it was a very cold night. But, even minor things like getting silverware and the wine we ordered took far too long, with the overall dinner taking 3 1/2 hours instead of probably 2 due to the slow service... Would go back again, perhaps after COVID-19.
Great happy hour value for oysters and drinks. Haven't tried full menu.
The night was amazing! The staff was very kind and I will definitely recommend them when asked of restaurants to visit in New Orleans!
Decided to have a solo Christmas and try the Christmas brunch. It was sooo good. Wait staff was friendly and professional as well.
Great service and food was perfect
Waitress was very good and attentive. Food great as always.
Food was amazing. I will definitely be back.
Bryan M was a wonderful server! The food was amazing and the ambience was relaxing
