Trattoria A Mano
The service was great.
Ariel was wonderful and a special person.
This was the third time I ate at A mano Food is very consistent excellent flavor and service was amazing! Now one of my top three places to eat in Santa Fe
Really excellent food. The shrimp scampi appetizer was very good and an unexpected preparation. My carbonara was excellent as was my wife's scallop dish. This is our new favorite place in Santa Fe. Even the wine was a good deal.
Trattoria A Mano was recommended to us by a friend whose culinary suggestions are always supported by personal experience, and comparative evaluation. We had no hesitation in accepting her suggestion, and were not disappointed. After three full days of wonderful and exciting regional meals, our taste buds simply needed reorientation back to something more readily recognizable. The challenge for Trattoria A Mano is not to disappoint well traveled Italian food junkies who have lived in Italy and visited on many occasions. After a full meal, there was no room for disappointment, only exhilaration. We will be back for sure.
As always a great meal and experience. Shaun was a great server
Charming little trattoria with outstanding food and excellent service. Love this place!!!!
Treated for my birthday. Absolutely amazing caprese salad and a lovely homemade pasta with fennel sausage. My dining partner had the branzini which was also well prepared and delicious. One of my favorite Santa Fe spots.
I love the food! This is truly a unique restaurant with wonderful flavors in every dish. Can’t wait to go back and try something different!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic, our server was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in helping us pick wine and food. The food was perfectly delicious. The vibe was welcoming and cozy. Would recommend this restaurant!
Such a wonderful spot. Loved our food so much. Will be back next time we are in Santa Fe. Wonderful Service.
Bella...from beginning to end! I felt like I was happily back in Italia! Our waitperson Ari was the best!
Upon arrival, my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised at the personal attention we received. The staff was exceptional. The food was exceptional. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we have ever had.
Burnt food cold pasta. Avoid this placr.
Not only was the homemade pasta and sauces exceptional, but the service and knowledge of the wait staff was superb. We ate there twice in a week the food was so great!
Excellent in every respect. Really nice pasta. Very friendly staff.
Excellent food, excellent service in the wonderful setting of Santa Fe. What more could you want?
All very good. Portions are small!
We had a wonderful time at Trattoria A Mano and will return! Our waiter Shaman was engaging, fun and
his service was perfect. The wine recommended by the fabulous Ari (? sorry I may not have her name correct) was delicious and she was such a friendly and fun addition to the wonderful experience we had on Saturday evening August 10th.
We will recommend this restaurant to our friends!
P.S. Dessert was delicious!
We enjoyed a celestial meal at Trattoria a Mano two nights ago in the midst of a MAJOR thunderstorm in Santa Fe that evening. The food is beyond description, so creatively conceived and executed and an amazing joy to consume. The two of us started off with a Peach and Treviso Salad and a Shrimp Scampi "Bagna Cauda" which were both wonderful (the roasted treviso set off the scampi magnificently). Then we shared the incredible Crozetti Stamp pasta with its heavenly herbaceous Pesto Genovese. Our mains were seafood: Grilled Branzino with Sicilan Style Cauliflower and Maine Sea Scallops so perfectly prepared they almost dissolved in one's mouth. We were on a roll so we ordered two desserts: a mystical Tiramisu and a crazily dense Chocolate and Caramel concoction with Raspberries--we were in heaven. And Ari, our waitress, was so well-informed, convivial and engaging she made the meal all that more memorable. If you're in Santa Fe, dining at Trattoria a Mano is a must!
Great sommelier! Charming spot with valet parking priceless in SF!
Wonderful welcome and service as though a guest in a home with Excellent food. Clayton is top tier server
The puttanesca, ceasar salad, and pannecotta were delicious...and they went out of their way to allow us the have our dog under the table (he behaved impeccably) because we had a problem with the dog sitter.
Very nice quiet little place on Galisteo..
Terrific addition to downtown Santa Fe. Quality food and excellent service, with prices that make sense for great Italian food. Notable wine list, too. Only feedback is that they need to ditch the cashout process with the tablet that's brought to your table - makes for an awkward, uncomfortable wrap-up. Go the the server being their own cashier.
Wow! (And I never start a review with "Wow"). From the minute we walked in the door, my friend and I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about both the wine list and the menu. We'd been feeling a little overwhelmed by all the flavors and tastes of Santa Fe (yum!) and wanted a light but flavorful meal before going to the opera. Our choice of restaurant couldn't have been better. The staff were aware and attentive, seating us immediately and talking about food and wine selections. The food was superb. We started with Goat Cheese Mousse filled Squash blossoms. They were light, deliciously crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. My friend decided on the Stringozzi alla Chitarra while I had the Basil Ziti. Both were excellent (we shared, albeit somewhat reluctantly in my case - soooo good!). Because we really did want a small meal we almost skipped dessert but decided instead to share a light peach tart with coffee. Again, sooo good! We enjoyed our meal very much and will be back the next time we go to Santa Fe.
Atmosphere was very nice, very quiet. Server was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. We asked several questions and he answered each one expertly. My fiance noticed that the shrimp were undercooked and the pasta was undercooked. Our tea glasses were never refilled once. The tiramasu was outstanding- absolutely delicious. A mixed review for us.
We came early and they got us in and said they would change our table if another one came up that we liked better. We ended up staying at the table we sat at because it was fine.. The waiter was nice and friendly and prompt. The food was very good, I like the chicken marsala better than the puttanesca, but I was disappointed there was not a bar to sit and have a cocktail before dinner.
Beautifully presented plates of tasty flavors and delightful consistencies by an attentive yet unobtrusive staff. Thank you
Wonderful Italian food and very good service. Charming restaurant. Very interesting, different Italian menu. Not just the usual...
All I can say was that the evening was splendid all around.
We will definitely return!
Great homemade pasta with the correct amount of sauce. A bit heavy on the garlic, but ask for light garlic to perhaps solve that problem.
Our evening at Trattoria A Mano was a pure delight! I had notified them ahead of time that it was the evening of our 33rd wedding anniversary so shortly after we arrived, my husband and I were given two complimentary glasses of prosecco and a place to sit while we waited for our table to be readied. The rest of the evening went as beautifully as well: the food was delicious (i.e. the spaghetti carbonara was better than any I had ever had in Italy). the wine list, wonderful and the restaurant's staff could not have been more attentive or kinder. In fact, we both remarked that our meal here brought us right back to our last trip to Italy two years ago....and if we had closed oureyes, we could have thought we were in Agrigento all over again. So, yes, to anyone considering a lovely dinner in lovely Santa Fe, NM, consider booking a table at this wonderful trattoria.
Food was good, but not great. portions were rather small for the price.
We so enjoyed this restaurant & will return again & again. They do have valet service at 6:00 which is very nice especially on busy weekends.
Good food, good wine list but pricey. Sadly , i didnt like my dessert.
We enjoyed a fantastic meal here! Everything was delicious and unique. We are vegetarian and were pleased to find several entree options. The service was also excellent.
Outstanding service, menu selections with local ingredients and wine list. Nice list of wines by the glass. Totally enjoyed the experience!
This was our third visit this year.Which pretty much sums it up.Very good food, service, ambiance, etc
Wonderful sweetbreads. Very good wine list with a great variety of wines, particularly from Italy.
My friend and I split appetizers, entrees and dessert and had a wonderful and varied meal. The staff was attentive and our waitress was one of the best ever! A really enjoyable summer evening.
Delicious! Beautiful! Subtle! Fun! An extraordinary chef, superb food from beginning to end; a very professional waiter (Clayton)--attentive and helpful, yet unobtrusive; a lovely and creatively decorated interior; and just flawless all around. It's not cheap, but for special occasions it's my new go-to place. A great addition to Santa Fe, which has many restaurants but not like this. ♥️
