Trattoria A Mano
Food was superb. Wait staff was attentive not intrusive. We will definitely be back. A gem hidden in Santa fe
Our server, Ari, was terrific. Best caprese ever! Loved the food.
Three tables for the same waiter were seated at the same time, which meant getting waiters attention difficult.
Third time dining in three months. Split course every dish with my dining companion. Truly the way to go. Fantastic scallop crudo, arugula salad, saffron tomato fusilli with lobster, incredible chicken Marsala and ended with Tiramisu just as good as I used to make as a pastry chef at a Michelin starred restaurant in Napa Valley. Let’s not forget the awesome Italian wine list. Thank you once again for another great meal!
We ate at A Mano on a weekend night and it was busy and active. The food was delicious from appetizers to dessert -- every course tasty and well prepared. We will be back.
As always this sweet restaurant was absolutely perfect. It is our favorite one in town.
Always excellent food and professional wait staff. Love the personal service and knowledge from Alise and Ari. The best!
This is now our new favorite SF restaurant! Outstanding meal! The Chicken Marsala was excellent and the Bolognese was nothing short of spectacular! Good service and a good wine list—love that an Italian rustica restaurant will carry a good California chardonnay. Focaccia is the best around and the caprese heirloom salad was also excellent. We loved our meal here and will recommend it to everyone!
Family get tgther. Good food, nice environment, overall good experience.
Lovely food and pacing in our service. Delightful!
Our first experience here was A++. Handmade pasta was supreme and a nice selection of wines to match. We’ll be back!
This was our first visit but will not be the last. It was a special birthday dinner and we were both delighted with the food and the wine advice.
Lighting is uneven. Our table was very (too) bright, others varied. The chairs are not high enough for the tables. Table came to our chests. We felt like little kids.
Food and service were exceptional.
The welcome, service and food were fantastic...about my only criticism is the space is quite small and a bit cramped between tables, but that adds to the overall charm. We had our toddler with us and they treated her and us like valued-regulars. The WBTG options were approachable and complimented the menu beautifully. An appetizer of heirloom tomatoes and buratta was exquisite and bursting with the last flavors of summer. We ordered two pastas (Basil Ziti w/ Crab and Saffron Fusilli w/ Lobster). Both were enjoyable but the Saffron Fusilli was the showstopper...WOW!
Our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the staff is outstanding.
Food is just average.
We love this restaurant! The food, service and ambience are just fantastic! Highly recommend this restaurant.
This was the noisiest restaurant EVER! Our group of six had trouble talking. The problem is a very loud evaporative cooler and two loud kitchen exhaust fans. The effect is a loud drone that causes everyone in the dining area to talk loudly to overcome it.
The food was very good, but a bit pricey. Ditto for the wine list. Service was very good.
We don't plan to return or recommend A Mano until we hear from other locals that the noise problem has been fixed. May be a while, I'm sure.
Very good Italian in a town where there aren't a lot of Italian choices (besides, of course, pizza). Not a big place, so reservations are recommended since it can get full quite quickly. When full, the service can be slow, but is always professional.
Warm and inviting atmosphere and our server was wonderful. She was friendly, made great recommendations and service was timely. The Frutta and Treviso salad was excellent with fresh peaches and delicious goat cheese. The Orecchiette with Fennel Sausage was delicious and the Orecchiette was and tasted homemade. My wife had the Fusilli pasta with lobster and was delighted with her meal. We shared a Crostata for dessert which as superb as well. Excellent meal!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. We will return.
Food was good, atmosphere was nice, service was great and the wine list was wonderful.
The service and food were first class. The menu while limited offered enough variety. The wine list was vast. The only negative was that we were seated by an open window on a very noisy street.
The aroma of the food prepared in this restaurant hits you the minute you walk in the door and the promises are met! Outstanding food from appetizer to desert
Wonderful meal. Our server Aria was wonderful.
Great wine list and experienced "sommelier/server." Food is creative & delicious!
Very pretty restaurant with nice atmosphere. We were very excited to try it since it had such great reviews. I’m sorry to say we were very disappointed in the food. I had the bolonaise pasta and it was very bland with rubbery thick noodles. The dessert was just ok. I will not be recommending this restaurant to our friends
This was one of the best restaurant meals we have eaten. The pasta is a must and the many desserts were outstanding. We tried 4!
Friendly atmosphere and fun to watch staff in the kitchen. Ask for help with wine.Usually you will be pleased. Can be busy so plan ahead. If you want a view of one of Santa Fe’s picturesque streets than be sure to request ahead.
The service was great.
Ariel was wonderful and a special person.
This was the third time I ate at A mano Food is very consistent excellent flavor and service was amazing! Now one of my top three places to eat in Santa Fe
Really excellent food. The shrimp scampi appetizer was very good and an unexpected preparation. My carbonara was excellent as was my wife's scallop dish. This is our new favorite place in Santa Fe. Even the wine was a good deal.
Trattoria A Mano was recommended to us by a friend whose culinary suggestions are always supported by personal experience, and comparative evaluation. We had no hesitation in accepting her suggestion, and were not disappointed. After three full days of wonderful and exciting regional meals, our taste buds simply needed reorientation back to something more readily recognizable. The challenge for Trattoria A Mano is not to disappoint well traveled Italian food junkies who have lived in Italy and visited on many occasions. After a full meal, there was no room for disappointment, only exhilaration. We will be back for sure.
As always a great meal and experience. Shaun was a great server
Charming little trattoria with outstanding food and excellent service. Love this place!!!!
Treated for my birthday. Absolutely amazing caprese salad and a lovely homemade pasta with fennel sausage. My dining partner had the branzini which was also well prepared and delicious. One of my favorite Santa Fe spots.
I love the food! This is truly a unique restaurant with wonderful flavors in every dish. Can’t wait to go back and try something different!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic, our server was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in helping us pick wine and food. The food was perfectly delicious. The vibe was welcoming and cozy. Would recommend this restaurant!
Such a wonderful spot. Loved our food so much. Will be back next time we are in Santa Fe. Wonderful Service.
Bella...from beginning to end! I felt like I was happily back in Italia! Our waitperson Ari was the best!
