Toscana is a legendary neighborhood trattoria that celebrates the rustic, authentic, farm-to-table flavors of Tuscany, offering dining in its storied dining room and outside on the newly added patio. For 34 years, it has set the backdrop for special meals shared by generations of families, friends, neighbors, and elites from the worlds of entertainment, sports, and fashion. Executive Chef Miguel Martinez features daily specials alongside signature Toscana classics such as Ravioli Pomodoro, Spaghetti alle Vongole, Truffle and Burrata Pizza, Veal Milanese, and Bistecca con Fagioli, plus handmade desserts, including our Torta della Nonna and Tiramisu. The international wine list receives the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence annually. While it is heavily Italian-focused, it also includes select producers from California, France, and other renowned wine regions. Reservations are strongly recommended. Catering and Private Events are also available.

Wonderful place. Service is always at the highest level. The food has never let me down. Just wish outdoor dining was still available.

Everything was great except one thing. When our charming waiter brought our bill there was an extra cocktail charged for $20! When I objected, the waiter reaction was odd. It seemed like he already knew it. He grabbed the bill and corrected it right away without even showing any surprise or confusion, it was like he anticipated! Now the question is did he knowingly charged us for things we did not eat, hoping we don’t notice or was it an honest mistake. My genuine feeling is the first option. If I was the manager I would look into this incident. Because the food and ambiance and other services were great, pity the taste of rubbery attempt gave us a bad aftertaste! Makes you feel you are in Italy and the pick pockets! Anyways, check your bills.

We are just so sad that Toscana will be closing their outside dining. We absolutely love the food, the friendly service, the fabulous drinks, and dining under the stars. The indoor dining has the same fabulous food and drinks, but the room is so incredibly noisy that it detracts from the dining experience for me. I wish the city was making it simpler for restaurants to continue their outside dining. So sad to see it go.

I made our reservation several weeks in advance since we were celebrating a special occasion and when we arrived, we were given the worst seats in the restaurant- directly in front of the wait staff/food pass. Our waiter never asked for a drink order - and instead brought out our food without any drinks! I had to stop the waiter and actually say, ‘we haven’t placed a drink order yet’- before he actually took notice- and asked what we would like to drink. After our food was delivered, our waiter NEVER checked in- not once. The food was OK- nothing special- but OK. The noise level was NEXT level- it was difficult to hear across the table. When our waiter suggested dessert, we decided to cut our losses and left to find a more amenable dessert location. FYI- all of our group- ages 21, 22, 32, and 60 were disappointed with the entire experience.
