Food was delicious.. and the waiter was very humble . I can’t recall his name this was for Sunday 8:30 pm dinner . Service for the main course was little slow .. over all an excellent experience
Great first experience ! Will definitely be coming back!
The food was really great! It’s a place that you would go once every two weeks or months. It is pricey but worth it!
Here on vacation just a very nice evening from 530 pm to 7 pm so we had sun set and nightlife views of Wakikii. Great service good food. Steaks were very tender and cooked to perfection and taste.
Dinner was amazing, service even better. Will definitely be back
Amazing restaurant amazing food staff friendly and helpful perfect time between each meal
Great service and a fantastic view.
Extremely nice place in Honolulu to wine and dine. We really enjoyed the diner for two!
I made a reservation for 5PM bottom tier is closest to the window, the second is in the middle & the top tier has regular seating next to the bar. The waiter was really attentive & gave us a thorough overview of the menu. We ordered corn chowder (which was super creamy) & baked potato tots (just your standard tater tots, nothing special). For entrees, I ordered the filet mignon with a side of mushroom, my MIL got the pan-seared ahi, my other half got the farrato with maitake mushrooms & for my 2 y/o, I got the grilled cheese with fries (for the kids menu they had spaghetti, garlic chicken or shrimp as well for options) The kids meal came with water & a scoop of vanilla gelato, other kids of drinks or juices are an additional cost. Our water was constantly refilled, which was nice. Our food was great & portions looked small but filled you up quite nicely. For dessert, my MIL got the macadamia nut gelato & my other half & I shared the lava cake, which both tasted great. The whipped cream tasted different in a great way & we loved it. Our meal costed around $200 (with tip included) & was very much enjoyed. Would definitely recommend for the great views & tasty meal! & free parking validation was great (for the 2-2 & a half ours we were there, it would’ve costed $12, but with validation it was free until midnight, which is good if you’re staying in the Waikiki area & want to walk the strip without having to pay an expensive rate for parking- just eat dinner here & walk the strip & come back for your car before midnight! It’s located centrally on the strip).
Great Valentines Day menu. There was AB great vibe and feel at dinner.
The food was good. Some was very good, some was average. For as much as they charge I would expect luxury-level food. The atmosphere is very nice.
The food was amazing.
Took a while for us to be seated. Also our entrees took some additional time. Almost 15 minutes after we were seated. However once our appetizer arrived things were a bit faster. Overall the food was really good. The ambience always is fantastic. Despite the slow start, this is definitely a place we would come back again.
For a restaurant that offered a set menu for Valentine's Day, the service was really lacking. Had to wait 45 minutes for a drink and our main course was forgotten so we waited a while for that as well. The food tasted pretty good, but I'm a fan of their regular menu.
Preset $95 menu seemed high for the portions of food
Wonderful experience. We’ll be there again! Plan to give a gift certificate, too!
Excellent service, nice view and I would recommend to all my friends if they going to Honolulu in the future!
Very beautiful view and the food was amazing !!
Food was not great for the type of restaurant you are eating in. Appetizer, dinner, and dessert for 2 = $200+ and we only finished dessert. Service was awesome and great atmosphere + views. Maybe just go for drinks + views (:
Staff was pleasant. Sauces were all too spicy. Salad was dry. Value for the price was poor. Left hungry. Been there, done that; no need to return. One and done. Check.
Went for our last night in Waikiki was a great time; a bit loud but not overly so; food was delicious, wait staff was awesome would definitely recommend!
Not worth the money or view. Service was slow and food was okay. Not worth the money.
We so enjoyed everything about our evening at the Top of Waikiki Restaurant. The views are outstanding but besides that, the food was fabulous with excellent service as well. Loved our cocktails and wine too. I recommend the Cioppino which was made with the freshest and most flavorful fishes and seafood in a wonderful sauce. My husband had seared ahi which he enjoyed as well. Definitely recommend this place for a memorable meal in Honolulu!
Everything we had was delicious! Diver scallops, filet mignon with wasabi mashed potatoes and the molten chocolate cake. Not sure which part was our favorite! Everything was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor. The service was great as well! The only down side was the high price but it is well worth it.
Food was delicious, our server Joe was fantastic and we’ll definitely be going back soon
Great place for a date or special occasion. If you have a big party 1/2 your party will probably have their backs to the views as they have to turn the tables to accommodate but the food and the views and their attention to detail is fantastic! If it’s your first time visiting Oahu this is a dining must for the food and the panoramic 360* view of the island and ocean!
This place used to be an annual experience, anniversaries, birthdays, and just a nice dinner. This was before kids... a couple can easily spend $300 on dinner and drinks. Beautiful. Quiet. Fancy.
Now 11 yrs later... with two small children, and early dinner and a nice view.
Bueno, pero no para ese precio ! No me sorprendió ni el sabor ni el tamaño. Personal muy amable
Loved the service! Excellent food ❤️
Delicious food, not the dessert so much and a little pricy. All in all I will go back. Great experience and good food.
Great food, service and view.
We always come here when we are in Waikiki and it never disappoints. The service is attentive and the menu is diverse, with much of it locally sourced. Everyone should experience the food and the view!
Nice place. Good food. Service good. Good views. Convenient location.
I visit every revolving restaurant that I can on my trips. The food was very good but as usual, it was pricey. This revolving restaurant is a little older than many that I have been to. There is a section of the restaurant where you enter from the side that blocks the view for about 20% of a revolution. Also, there are several panels of glass with the crisscross safety glass in them which also limits the view. If you entered this restaurant from the center, like most revolving restaurant, there would be no blocked views or windows with this type of glass. This restaurant is also not as high as most revolving restaurants so some distant views of the area are blocked by several other skyscrapers in downtown Honolulu. Also, there are no tables on the glass. There is a walkway between the glass and the first set of seats which are elevated. That being said, it was still a wonderful night with the family.
This is my absolute favorite place to eat in Waikiki. The view is stunning. The food was great quality and good. The mai tai was my favorite! Great place to eat. I would definitely recommend it and we'll be going again.
The service was great and very impressive. Our waiter knew everything on the menu. The food was amazing and the apple dessert was the best!!
Nice ambiance and very friendly staff, we were well taken care of.
Stunning view - which is the main takeaway from our evening.
Food was good but nothing special. Same with cocktails. This is a place to visit for the view and the feeling of being in a revolving restaurant - not for a gourmet experience.
