The beef empanadas were a pleasant surprise as an appetizer. For carnivore's like me, the 28oz bone-in ribeye was perfect. I never leave here without their vodka expresso martini. Manager came by to check on us and even knew about our last visit 2 years ago. Last but not least, the views from the top make every visit special .

Dinner with a view is the perfect way to describe Top of the V! I came for their happy hour and I will say I was a bit disappointed with the menu. My server explained that it was relatively new, so its still in the works. The interior and the Disneyland park view is what initially caught my attention when booking originally anyway. It was stunning. Although I came for happy hour, I still wanted to try one of their regular dishes and I can say the Paella was incredible! It was very flavorful and light I could not stop eating more! I can see them being a staple in the area once they are able to perfect their menu a bit more!

The filet mignon was good, and the Prime Bone-In Ribeye was even better. The Besito de Fuego drink was really good too! Our server was nice, but it was very loud and hard to hear each other. I also wish they had more appetizer and side options. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner!

From the host to the server, Sam to the kitchen team and bar staff, the service was impeccable and the Happy Hour, "Before 7" promotion was AMAZING. For two of us with 4 craft cocktails, and a shareable/appetizer, our bill was only $70. WOW! The view was stunning right at sunset and the outdoor patio was such a VIBE. I highly suggest this spot! Again the service was top notch and working in the event industry, I have higher than usual standards/knowledge of service and Sam especially was so personable and went above and beyond. Thank you! I'll be back!
