Terrible experience. We had to wait for a long time between ordering drinks/food and getting them. I actually didn't get my entree until they were about to give us the check and I had to say that I didn't get it. They did offer apologies and said that the person waiting on us was in training. I didn't see any signs of her being trained at all. This makes me think that the poor service goes all from the person in training all the way to the management.

It was freezing cold in the restaurant and the food was just okay. Come slaw did not have much flavor, the ribs were just okay.

We were very disappointed with our visit to Tony Romas. We had the baby back ribs that they are supposed to be known for. They were covered in too much barbecue sauce and the sauce tasted like something in a Kraft bottle from the grocery store. The bartender was also a server so he had to wait on his tables before he could make anyones drinks which took a long time. It was a Friday night and the place was basically deserted. Now I understand why. We will not be returning.

Wait staff was really trying. The ribs were terrible, dry and overcooked with little or no sauce. Don't waste your hard earned money!

I ordered the Filet Medallions and had to send them back twice to get them well done. I finally settled for what I had. The taste was OK. As for everything else I don't there were only the three of us and 2 people at the bar. I felt the cost was too much, won't be back.

Absolutely terrible establishment. Made reservations for Valentine’s Day with my wife, showed up and were entirely ignored, left standing at the front. The waitress in charge of greeting us looked at us several times, never even dropped a “hey I’ll be right with you”. Complete embarrassment of a business

Fantastic service but the food was a complete miss. Be prepared as it is an ala carte menu, meaning no soup or salad choice with an entree unless you want to pay extra, also no kind of bread with the meal. I had the fried chicken and the portions were good for the price but there was no flavor to it at all, it came with mashed potatoes and some kind of gravy (again no flavor) along with garlic green beans. The garlic was so overwhelming on the green beans that they were not edible and I love garlic. My husband ordered the sirloin steak and a lobster tail to go with it. The steak was not great quality as far a toughness goes but the flavor was good. The lobster tail came to the table half raw, the manager took it off our bill and discounted our meal as well. As I stated the service was great, we were the first people in after opening and by the time we left there were about 3 more people in the restaurant. I expected a little larger crowd since it was Valentine's day and happy hour but it was kind of nice to have quiet.

Very nice restaurant with a good menu. Service was very slow. There was only one host/waiter/bartender/busser servicing the entire restaurant for the majority of our visit. Waited a long time for everything. Salmon was very over cooked. Beef and rib meals were good. Fries, rice & green beans very salty. I would go again to try something different.

Restaurant was not busy, but staff was friendly, food was delicious and everything was super clean! I used to go to the Tony Roma's in Arvada - so glad you are back in Colorado!!

I had friends from out of town, looked on line for places to eat. Checked out the menu at Tony Roma's, there was a variety of food. I decided to give it a try. Very glad I did. 3 of us had Filet Medallions and they were fabulous! Prices are reasonable.
