Food was excellent. Our server was awful. He did not enter my wife's order accurately, he only came back sporadically to check on us to see if we needed anything, asked us if we wanted tortillas and didn't bring them until after we were done eating. He spends more time literally bowing and trying to act helpful than being helpful. Seems that he cannot focus on more than one table at a time. Highly recommend eating here as the food is great but this guy ruined our dinner.

The menu is very unique and we love going there and taking friends. The drinks are good and the food is exceptional. Sometimes the wait staff aren't very familiar with the menu or get things mixed up. For example, we ordered mojitos and my friend asked for passion fruit and I wanted regular and we both got regular. I asked if I could get Arroz Con Pollo because I've seen it on the lunch menu and they said no. I wish the menu was a little more flexible.

This restaurant has excellent service and food. The decor is great. Should be an easy five stars. Unfortunately when we walked inside, there was a blast of freezing air. It was like trying to dine in a freezer! We opted for outside seating. In addition to it being a little too cool (but WAY warmer than inside), there was a great deal of loud truck traffic. There is a speed bump there that they completely ignore, crashing down as they pass it. I had bragged to my friend about how good the place was, and it was actually an embarrassing and disappointing visit. All because they wouldn’t heat the place to a comfortable level.

Booked reservation for Mother’s Day, myself, my mom, and my 4 month old. Arrived at 2:15pm for 2:30pm reservation. Place was steady at our arrival, not slammed. Bar room had a party in it and main dining was half full when we arrived. They sat us one row away from the center of the main dining, probably because we had the baby and that was fine with us! Waitress came and got our drink order after about 5 minutes of being there. 2 house margaritas. Chips and salsa arrived about 5 minutes after drink order. Drink order arrived about 15 minutes after our arrival. Now it’s 2:30pm. Food order placed. Fish tacos and a steak/shrimp dish. Waitress leaves. 2:45pm. Out of chips & salsa, no sign of our waitress. 3pm No waitress. 4 total tables in dining room including us and party room is still occupied. 3:15pm No waitress. Asked a man who seemed to be a team lead about our waitress and food. He apologized and said he would find out where she was and our food would be ready in 10 minutes. He asked if he could get us anything. We just asked for more chips and salsa. He agreed and left. 3:20pm restaurant manager comes to apologize. Says they are backed up from the morning. I said the big issue is our waitress disappeared and never informed us of a delay or longer wait. He went to find our waitress. After not seeing her for an HOUR she comes to talk to us. It’s 3:30pm. We asked for when our food is ready to just get it to go. It’s been 15 minutes since team lead promised our food. Remember, he said 10 minutes, after we had already waited 45 minutes. 3:45pm we tell other waitresses that we can’t wait any longer and we need to go. The baby was getting fussy and we were hungry! An hour and a half sat there with no food and an hour and fifteen minutes since ordering! We walk out. Crossed the street and the team lead runs out the door with a bag of food and our waitress. Said our food just finished (30 minutes after promised). Offered only discount on food! We declined the food. BAD!

Food was great but we could barely get our server to come and assist us. Had to flag down another person for chips and water because our server was not around. One person in the group ordered a drink and never received and the rest Had hoped to have another beverage from the bar but he never came back until we were completed with our meals. We were celebrating two birthdays and it was never recognized. Have been here several times so hoping it was just a one time mishap.

Starting with the good, the flavor of the food was spot on. However it wasn’t very hot and service was a little slow. Chairs aren’t comfortable to begin with and even worse when you end up sitting there waiting.

Food and service were both phenomenal. I’d highly recommend this place for a date or special occasion

The food was excellent: I had the salmon, and it was prepared very well. Asked for a nice tequila from the bar, and was very happy with the selection (Casa del Soul). Service was friendly and prompt.
