    Everyone was so friendly and attentive. We had a note for our anniversary and staff wished us happy anniversary, and then brought us out surprise dessert with the most beautifully decorated plate to wish a happy anniversary!

    Food was ok. Little more upscale than what you would get at typical mom and pop Indian restaurant. (Not necessarily a good thing for me) their cauliflower appetizer and chicken biryani was good. Butter chicken was too sweet for me and their saag chicken looked vibrant but lacked flavor. Service at least on this day was really bad. I think I heard at least 4 other table complaining to the staff or to their party. (4 out of 4 that I can hear) it probably took 20 minutes to order 10 mins to get our appetizer, 5 minutes to get our silverware and drinks and 20 more mins to get our food in this order. Took a while to get the check but that part didn’t seem as bad as it could have been. Considering these things price was really high and would not be returning. I would much rather go to somewhere I can eat quickly for half the price.

    There were 5 of us and we got a hoot assortment of items. No problem getting a good pescatarian entree, butter/dairy free, no cheese, etc. There was way too much gravy with the measly order of fried eggplant. Otherwise good.

    My husband and I have been driving past this wonderful Indian restaurant for some time and have been wanting to stop in…We recently did! This place is a GEM! The food is quality, creative and delicious! We ordered lamb on a skewer with freshly made mint sauce appetizer for starters,a papaya and roasted peanut salad, chicken curry, Saag lamb in a spinach sauce, coriander rice and naan bread with black sesame seeds and finely chopped pistachios. A M A Z I N G! This restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere, full bar, patio dining and excellent service! Anxiously looking forward to our next meal there!! Reservations recommended.

    This was my first time experiencing Indian food. What a delight! Food is full of flavors and spices, our server (young guy with beautiful curly hair) was knowledgeable and helped us with picking tasty drinks. We had the butter chicken with white rice, garlic and butter naan. The beautiful Indian music really set the tone. We will be back.

    The best Indian restaurant in town. Great Food, Poor Service. Every the time same. Was full table, but hard to find the server. Finally a host lady was serving us this time. Recommend to person that food itself is much more important than service.

    Liked the spicy meat platter starter ,... good shareable. Two of the curries, although different names and descriptions , were indistinguishable from each other. One of our party complained that piece of street chicken was under cooked. Overall, a good curry place but overpriced . With drinks, starter, entree and tip is going to run to approx $60 a head

    Curry & soup are way on sweeter side. Crispy noodles for manchow soup were old & not at all crunchy. Poor quality for cost of the dish. Very slow service & staff was not attentive.

    Overall good place. Nice decor, a little crowded with tables set fairly close. Music was fairly loud but not “night club” loud. Food was okay, somehow both hot “spicy” wise but also bland. Cocktail was great. Service was great.

    Food was good and unique. Unlike run of the mill India restaurants. Some of the kebobs were a little dry but mostly everything was full of flavor. The people were the standouts though. Great custome service.

    Great food but service wasn’t great. It took 30+ mins to get seated for our reservation (we were on time). Server was nice but the food took a really long time to come out. Probably won’t go back.

    I was underwhelmed with the customer service and partially the food experience. It was disappointing that the samosas were not very good and had high hopes as they are a traditional appetizer in Indian cuisine. The price would’ve been worth it had the food quality matched the price. I appreciate attentive waiters especially during my first time at a restaurant and we were never checked on after our drinks were dropped off at the begging of our arrival. I wouldn’t personally recommend this place unless you’re up for only having drinks that aren’t the typical options on the menu. I did like the variety of cocktail options.

    This is our favorite Indian restaurant in the Irvine area. We usually go early as it's never too crowded so the service is always solid and easy to get a table. It is definitely not the cheapest but the quality is the best and everything seems made to order and fresh.

    Absolutely the worst service ever!! If you want to wait an hour for your food and watch the staff prioritize people they personally know, this is the place to go! Waited 20 min to be seated after checking in. Reservation was at 7:30, we checked in, and the woman in the front admitted that she forgot about us when it was 7:45. We got seated at 7:50. It seemed like they were always trying to avoid us, yet somehow prioritize all the people around us that came in AFTER us (it seemed like some of the customers knew the managers and/or staff so they would always go to them first, speaking their cultural language). Nonetheless, we waited for about 1 HOUR. When we were fed up and said we want to leave and to just cancel the order, they wouldn’t let us get up from our chairs. They just kept saying “2 more minutes, 2 more minutes.” I’m understanding that there could be a wait time..but to this extent, it was unbelievable. and the fact that they realize they gave utter sh*t service but still force us to stay and eat their bland food that also cost so much…definitely not worth it. Our date night was ruined. I wouldn’t be going back and I hope others can read this to be aware. Save your money and support the local mom and pop Indian restaurant around you, folks!

    It took a very long time for our waiter to come to our table, but he was very nice when he arrived. The food is usually very good, but we were not particularly thrilled with the appetized and main that we ordered. But we will be back

    Was there for OC Restaurant week. Actual menu was a bit different than menu advertised online. Food was good, but service was poor making for a less than positive experience. It took a good 20 minutes for anyone to take our order. After our main course the lady that appeared to be in charge pointed to our table to tell the wait staff to move us along. They cleared our table and offered to bring our check. A normal restaurant may offer dessert. We reminded her that our meal includes dessert. Then they tried to clear our drinks that we were still drinking. Needless to say I cannot recommend this restaurant, even though the food is decent.
