   Horrible service Heavy handed bartender that lacked any flavor other than vodka Went on a Saturday evening...slow evening...almost deserted for a Saturday night. Waitress was MIA most of our visit. We had to find our own water pitcher and serve ourselves... Food was great - no issue with food... Bartender needs to learn more than serving wine if you claim to have a full bar.... Hard better service at the Pub or Burnt Wood Tavern

   Mother's Day brunch menue smaller than published in internet. Few selections. Portion size of breakfast items very small. Nothing to write home about.

   It took over an hour to get our food which was not hot.. Service was poor and wait person was not always available and unapologetic. Needed more wait persons on staff. Disappointing. Last visit a year ago was great...

   We ordered the Filet Mignon and it was delicious. It melts in your mouth. I also enjoyed the wine selection and the prosciutto for appz.

   We sat for over 15 minutes with nothing but water. no one came over to take our drink or food order, finally my husband had to get up and get someone to take our order. After that the server was attentive. The eggs Benedict my husband and I were served was ice cold, the ice tea tasted like it was brewed a week ago and the side of Breakfast potatoes were not really potatoes, But some sort of FROZEN entity that were made to seem like potatoes. We were guests of someone else and offered to make the reservation. We have it in here in the past and this is certainly not up to your standards.

   Terrible food Terrible music - no talent and too loud. Limited wine list. Never going back. I’m seasonal in Naples and was told after I ate there that it is unpopular ,i.e., bad

   We love coming to the WineLoft, the servers like Charlie & Bartender Christine made our experience fantastic. The food was exceptional.

    Our food was tasty however warm cool to warm at best. Just sat in the kitchen too long as the steaks were cooked perfectly. Even the veggies came out warm at best. Would eat again but next time I’d send anything back that was not hot!!!! Absolutely love the entertainment. Aura is so very talented. They better hang on to her
