The Warehouse Restaurant
Set on the southern edge of Colorado Springs, The Warehouse Restaurant is a truly unique spot for a meal and drink. Noted for its craft beers and signature cocktails, The Warehouse Restaurant also has a fabulous reputation for its food.
With its amazing murals outside and its local artisan's gallery within, it is a visual feast in addition to an excellent dining establishment. The daily menu options are available for lunch, dinner and happy hour. Some unique offerings at The Warehouse Restaurant include the trout tacos, a bison patty melt, and quail "cordon bleu". Of course, the tantalizing desserts are a must!
Great find!! The food and service was amazing!! I would highly recommend.
Good menu. The lamb special the night we were there was terrific. The appetizers less so but acceptable. Great friendly service. Decent but limited wine list.
Always unique & delicious. Staff is very friendly & competent
Supposed fresh halibut special was horrible. Fish had an ammonia flavor and smell, which likely met it was not fresh and was past its prime.
Our server was on the slow side. Was to bring us a drink menu and forgot and asked what we wanted!! The meal was fair but nothing outstanding. Not sure we’ll go back.
I ordered the eggplant parmesan, the breading was over fried and hard. I sent it back. My husband got hush puppies that were also over fried and trout tacos were nothing. They don't have a kids menu, but offered to make a hamburger and grilled cheese, for the kids. Too much bread and no flavor. They don't have ranch dressing!
My daughter-in-law got the roasted chicken and my son ordered the pork belly, both were good.
The waiter did take my meal off the bill.
Would not eat there again. Wasn't impressed.
quality food, quality preparation, best place in town for quality dining experience.
Very odd menu with things we don't eat. When I go to a nice restaurant it's usually for a good fillet. They didn't even have one on the menu. Got the ribeye and needed a food processor to chew it. Probably won't do back until the next owner.
Our salads were made of old romaine...yuck! But the sweetbreads, calamari and French Fries were
Food and drink here are excellent.
Great food and great service! Picked it on a whim while visiting my daughter and we're so glad we did. Lots of gluten free options as well.
The atmosphere was nice, service was great. The food wasn't tasteful, potatoes dry, pork belly super salty, lamb lacked flavor and seasonings. Not worth the amount of money we spent for two $130. Plus tip $150.
We had been to the Warehouse many years ago and was not impressed back then. Their menu is very progressive and our children were middle school aged ( not picky eaters) and had a hard time selecting something that suited their tastes, truth be told so did my wife and I (not picky eaters either). Long story short we thought we would have a date night together and give the Warehouse a second chance. Pro's: seating is not crammed so close together that if the guy behind you sneezes you feel it on the back of your neck, the noise level is low enough that you can carry on a quiet conversation, no need to shout, service was prompt, courteous, attentive without being intrusive. Con's: I felt it was a bit pricey, my wife had linguine with clams that was very bland, I had a ribeye (ordered medium rare) arrived medium and a little tough. Bottom line the meal was at best average and there are other restaurants we enjoy going more.
The Warehouse has become one of our favorites in The Springs. Great food, great cocktails, right-on wine list, and parking.
We were pleased with the variety of food selections & enjoyed our selections. Service was professional & polite.
I've had much better moscow mules elsewhere. Not sure what the issue was but it was VERY strong of ginger...overwhelmingly strong.
The clams and linguine were not great. The clams were tough--it was quite difficult to detach them from their shell. The sauce was not very good either.
The highlight of my meal was the brownie sundae. The wait-staff suggested that I have salted caramel ice cream on it. It was terrific!
Another fantastic experience at The Warehouse. The food was exceptional and the ambiance is really great. Its rustic, upscale setting is a nice change of pace from a typical upscale dining experience without skimping on food quality.
Solid lunch experience with a good selection of mains and sides.
Excellent location to discuss business. Tables are nicely spaced so private conversation stays private.
The food drinks and service were good, I personally though it was too bright in there and it just did not seem to match the ambiance we were hoping for.
Had not been to The Warehouse in years and it will be a long time before I go back, if ever. The food is average and overpriced, as is the wine list. The place looks like it needs a makeover and lacks ambiance. Disappointed.
The food was amazing and the service was amazing, too. The restaurant was quiet and just what we needed as my husband had been flying all afternoon. Thank you for a memorable evening!
Bad table despite making a reservation and few people in the restaurant. Poor service, poor drinks very limited menu, high prices and terrible food. One of the worst bar/restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.
I went there for an early celebration of Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and could say it was a pretty "meh" experience. The waitress was really nice and made sure we constantly had our drinks filled and were happy. That said I didnt appreciate paying $42 for Elk steak, asking it be medium-rare and then it coming out overcooked. We also got the Trout which had bites which were amazing and some that were dry. It also was just a crazy combination of food on the plate that didnt taste as good as it sounded. The appetizers were amazing, we got the Muccles and Brie, and were pretty good proportions for the price, same with the sides. It came down to how disappointing the meal was. It just wasnt as amazing as it should have been for that high price.
The burger was great. The risotto that was an accompaniment to the lamb was bland and only lukewarm.
It was a pleasure to have dinner here.
I had the trout which was the best I have had. Another guest had the pheasant and loved it. The bread was absolutely delicious. The soup and salad was excellent also.
I’ll definitely be returning.
The menu was imaginative and different. The food served was very good. Good atmosphere and a quiet place for conversation.
A very cool and eclectic place. The menu is creative and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience!
They try to add alot of different seasonings to the food (sage, rosemary and fennel), unfortunately they try to hard and overpowers the food. It was loud in the small space the actual restaurant is in. The building is beautiful and has many aspects to the layout that are flattering, the entrance and restaurant are not one of them. I was a bIt disappointed as we went there for our anniversary, and it was not what we had thought.
Very nice evening with some friends. Only negative was our server neglected a drink order for 45+ minutes. Great evening and value. We will return!
Amazing food with interest and variety in the menu. Great service!! A little bright with the lights, but okay. Food and service were so wonderful!
Hadn't been to the warehouse in a long time, years. I'm glad we decided to visit again! We had a great dining experience. The eggplant parmesan is the bomb diggity!
New Years Eve dinner with family.
Environment was casual with close seating. Signature drink for the night were very good. The staff was very friendly. Appetizers were bland and over priced; Lobster Arancini appetizer lacked in taste and size for the price (3 grape sized pieces for $16 and all I tasted was the rice ), Brie was good but the bread was clearly burnt, and the calamari was greasy. Our main dishes were tasty yet lacking. All the meals were seasoned nicely yet the skin on my filet was burnt and my friends prawns were under cooked. We ended the evening with the berries and cream dessert ... it was literally berries sitting in watery cream in a cocktail glass. We were expecting the cream to be whipped and have some sweetness to it but we were dissatisfied. The politely took it back and off the bill. We would happily return if it was less expensive but at its current price we’d rather spend the money elsewhere.
I loved the way they reclaimed a factory into a cozy, vibrant restaurant with a creative and tasty menu. Service could have been better, but it was Christmas Eve. They forgot that I had said it was my wife’s birthday and they didn’t follow up on my nephew’s desire for a wine with his meal, or my coffee with desert. Other than that, we had a great time in a unique place!
My friend and I had the duck and the scallops. Both dishes were delicious. The food had great flavor. The atmosphere was warm with very little noise. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Great for a business dinner or date night.
In a Colorado Springs that has seen many fine restaurants open in the last few years, The Warehouse is still the best. First of all for the food — the chef is consistently creative without being twee. He keeps some old standbys (like the best ribeye steak on earth) that you can return to, but he also comes up with new delights and seasonal treats. Second of all for the service: the staff is always professional but also genuinely friendly; they know how to take care of customers to the nth degree without trying to be the floor show. And finally, there’s the atmosphere: the restaurant is intimate, and you can count on being able to have a conversation. It is quintessentially Colorado — elegant with gleaming copper table tops, nice art on the walls, and lots of original wood. And, to top it all off, parking is a breed.
Awesome.e food and nice peoe
We have eaten at the Warehouse multiple times and enjoyed it each time. The food is fairly elevated and is a good value, which is a hard combo to find. I defintitely recommend it to family & friends who are in town.
Had the Quail Cordon Bleu and my dad had the special (which I can’t remember the name of ) but both were amazing!! Our server, Andrew, was
