The Tapestry just opposite Mortlake Green, easy to park after 630pm, very friendly and welcoming staff, immediately liked it and knew we were in for a treat on reading the very varied menu. Beautiful choise of main meals, however, we had come for Tapas and good quality well prepared and served Tapas we had. Very child friendly and an ideal place to let your hair down and relax. Highly recomend you give it a try, we are so glad we did. Looking forward to seeing you again soon, thanks for a great evening.

We had a lovely time at the Tapestry, delicious food, friendly staff, nice wine, outstanding desserts. Our one minor gripe was that the waitress unfortunately slightly mixed up our order, we didn't want to complain though, especially as what they brought instead was probably more tasty. Would (and will) recommend.

Booked to take "MUM"and our children for Mothers Day lunch and was not disappointed. I was looking forward to tapas but given the special occasion a set menu was in order which had a great variety and the food was very good indeed for children and adults. Staff were very friendly but not overly so. Unfortunately the service went a bit wayward when the place got busy but there were some particular demanding people around us that were quite frankly rude and disruptive to the staff. Wine list is a bit limited but it covered all the bases and was very well priced. All in all one of the better special occasion lunches we've had and was a great improvement over other more expensive establishments in the West London area.

This was possibly our fifth or sixth visit to this restauarant, but this time it fell a bit short of our expectations. The paella is excellent, and in the past we have always added to it with tapas dishes which we know to be good here - the livers, the polenta chips, the mixed salad (excellent), the fish cakes, calamari, fish croquettes etc. This time, however, as we had guests, a few different dishes were chosen. The patats bravas were very watery, and belly of pork was just so overcooked as to be too dry to be edible, and in a very unpleasant babrbecue sauce. Tortilla just tasted very old and "off". Having said this, the staff very graciously took our comments onboards and deducted these dishes from the bill. Two guests had mains - both choosing the grilled fish and seafood platter with salsa verde. This was poor - it was very overcooked, with the salsa predominating above all else. We did not have puddings - I have noticed that these have become rather expensive at £6.95. However, I would still return here, and choose our tried and tested favourites. I like the place - it is comfortable and relaxed, and always with a warm welcome. One hint - the fishcakes seem now to be "off-menu", but can usually be served on request.

Local pub with decent tapas and some spanish main courses. Nice house wine. Pleasant service but a bit lacking in ambience. Maybe better when full. Good value though.
