   loved the venue, loved the food and the service was excellent.....the only thing that let it down was that, at the time we were in there, there was no one else in there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. really liked the twist they have done on the afternoon tea....no actual tea as such but tea based cocktails....and plenty of it!!!

   Went here for afternoon tea with a friend. Was called a couple of weeks in advance to be advised that the Salvadore's bar was being refurbished so we would be put in the members bar. Not a problem. Turned up on the day and was checked in (which consists of providing contacts details/ showing id/ having photo taken). We went up to the members bar and were told that as Salvadore's bar was closed afternoon tea was not being served. The gentleman then went to double check and then confirmed that afternoon tea was still being served. We were then seated in a reception-style area (sofas coffee tables etc - not ideal for eating). The carpet was very dirty and the table we were seated at still had dirty glasses on it, which weren't removed at any point. We ordered cocktails and then waited an hour for food which didn't come so we decided to leave (that is after paying a £30 bill for 2 non-alcoholic cocktails. The same price for the afternoon tea itself). It transpired that the staff didn't actually know afternoon tea was still being served so I guess they had to start making it when we got there.. Wouldn't be such an issue if someone actually told us that. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Playboy Club for afternoon tea. Maybe it's better when they're not undergoing renovations but to me it was basically a normal sports bar but with very pretty staff.

   Booked for the afternoon tea early on a Friday night. This did mean less of an 'atmosphere' but a nice change to find somewhere quiet in London. That said the bar was really nice, cocktails very good. The food was ok (albeit a little dry/kind of old) Our highlight of the visit was the service. Bunnies were very attentive and we didn't have to pour one drink for ourselves (we had two bottles of wine and teapot cocktails) I do recommend for the experience and a fun way to tick off a semi 'Playboy Club' experience!

   We went for afternoon tea at 5.30 last friday evening, the place was empty, there was no atmosphere at all, the lady serving us was friendly enough and the afternoon tea was very basic, there was no tea at all, but some weird cocktail in a teapot. So we had already ordered a cocktail first thinking we were going to have some tea with the food. All in all not what I was expecting, I had booked it as a treat for my husband as I thought it might be a bit of a laugh but was sadly disappointed.

   I took my friend for afternoon tea as a special birthday treat. We arrived at 6pm and was impressive with the deco. An fantastic place to relax and chill out and be treated attentively by the bar staffs and the Bunny hostess. The food and cocktails were great. Certainly will visit again.

   We read all the great reviews and indeed the place did not disappoint! Great ambience, fantastic venue and the afternoon tea is rather special - I had never had a cold alcoholic brew with finger sandwiches! The food is good and the bunnies always serve you with a smile. The only downside was the amount of staff available on the day - there was only one poor little bunny running around the tables trying to serve all the tables promptly, which obviously turned into a little bit of a wait but the issue went away once a few tables started to clear. Would definitely recommend and will go back!

   We went for afternoon tea for a friends birthday. Service was great, the bunnies couldn't do enough for us. We were not rushed even though we were 20 minutes late. Drinks were amazing and all the deserts were fab too.The only let down were the breads in the savouries. Sandwiches were a little dry and the bruschetta tasted burnt. But apart from this it was a lovely experience and would recommend this to friends.

   From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the PlayBoy Club was spectacular. The drinks were outstanding and their customer service was second to none. What a magical place!!
