Ruby was amazing … as always !!!!
I go there for the amazing house salad and value. Way better than Ruth Chris and they are so much nicer!
Haven't been here since it was Besh's Steakhouse. Steaks and twice baked potato were delicious. Would highly recommend this place.
Caesar salad had too much dressing. Shrimp Cocktail was frozen and cud tell was freezer burn and ribeye had no seasoning to it.
We have been the casino multiple times but have never eaten here. We won’t make that mistake again! It was delicious!! We had appetizers, filet and ribeye plus two sides. We loved it all! The service was excellent also!
The food was great and beignets was the bestest!!!!
Steaks were extremely tough, especially the ribeye which looked more like a Denny's Steak. Service was excellent.
Like many restaurants struggling to get their act together in this post/re-emerging Covid world we are living.
Steak not the same quality as it used to be here, carrots not steamed properly, lobster Mac a borderline above Kraft.
The steaks were cold. The baked potato was cold. The bread was so hard that it was totally uneatable. I understand during these times it is hard to find good help, but the manager should be checking the food before serving.
Waitresses was very rude, food was just ok nothing to rant about. Mos def will not return
Talk about a disappointment... The Steakhouse has really fallen from what it used to be. This is the second subpar experience recently which means it wasn't an off night. If you're gonna spend that much on a meal pleas avoid this restaurant as its not worth it. Portions and taste were very poor.
It was my birthday and my husband and I first time in Mew Orleans.
The filet pork chop were delicious.
The Chopped and wedge salads were also excellent.
We ordered appetizers and dessert that were really good. The only complaint I would have is that the restaurant as a whole needs upgrades. Especially the carpet. We have been coming here since 2005 and it has not changed. Food wise.....it was good!!
Waitress was informative about menu. Gave good recommendations.
Food was excellent BBQ shrimp filet mignon asparagus crabcake baked potato...all delicious
Down side is there is no restroom in the actual restaurant
We ordered the Ribeye med rare, but came out more medium/medium well. While the Redfish entree was flavorful, it also tasted slightly saltier than expected.
Charbroiled oysters were delightful, although it was the first time we've tried cooked oysters (we typically go raw) so we don't have anything else to compare it to.
Asparagus and crab risotto for sides - both were equally fair and flavorful.
Ambience itself - while the steakhouse is inside the casino, we'd hoped to at least have some windows in the dining area as we were essentially surrounded by 4 walls that felt a tad too confined.
Recommended only for the Diamond anniversary credit - otherwise I would suggest a nice weekend trip to Vegas for the anniversary dinner selections there (aka Nobu).
As a frequent user and poster on open table I was absolutely shocked at the level of quality of this establishment.
The food was really poor quality and the portions ridiculous
We sent it back and walked out
I wish there was a rating below zero
After a long conversation with the manager I heard the unacceptable explanation . I’ll save you the dialogue
Avoid this restaurant
So many better choices in walking distance
The restaurant was out of ribeye steaks they did not have baked potatoes, And the Caesar salad was mediocre and I forgot to mention the chicken and sausage gumbo was too salty to eat
The food here is very good. Although they need to work on the presentation of their dishes. My steak and asparagus looked like someone just tossed it all together on the dish then threw random sauce on it. Its a casino steakhouse so prices are higher than normal. Its pretty dark inside the restaurant and service can be slow.
Food and service were outstanding. The Lobster Mac & Cheese and Asparagus were so delicious. I recommend making a reservation.
Shaun was great!!
My Experience here waa good. I just wish it was Great or Amazing. For Father's Day you expect an amazing day. But we understand Covid and the lack of workers.
Very nice meal. The barbecued shrimp appetiser was excellent as was the Caesar salad. The service was very attentive and efficient.
Overall great experience. Food was great. Service was outstanding.
I had one Crab Cake which was $18.00,it was good but I think they should at least given us 2 for that price. I also had the Wedge Salad which was big but not much else besides the lettuce. My friend had the Ribeye, lots of fat and not very flavorful
I had the chicken which was ok. My friends had the pork chops which were good and plentiful. We were celebrating a birthday and did get a nice booth and they brought a carrot cake which was very good. They did not sing happy birthday.
Food was excellent. Unfortunately they ran out of the surf and turf but the risotto was fantastic along with the crab cake.
Parents 60th wedding anniversary.
The service and food were exceptional except for the wine. You white wine for Sauvignon Blanc was horrible and always is. The brand should be changed to something drinkable when you are pricing a glass at $12 it is bad for $6. The red wine my husband and guest had was just OK and very pricey. Please change you brands we visit and bring guest and all complain. You bread was not as good as usual, I think you need new bread. Waitress told us when we complained about bread that they agree. You use to be a very special restaurant to us to visit and we always do.
We were there last Feb 2020– probably best meal ever, last night my Filet was awful. Owning our on restaurants we never complain, but what the hell happened? I must add though our server was impeccable. My filet ordered med-well, butterflied. Blood all over my plate and very chewy, knife struggled to cut. We’ll go back in February and hopefully things are back.
The steakhouse has good service with fair food. They have a small menu which is not uncommon for steakhouses, but this usually means the items you order are of higher quality. Our food was okay and pricey for the quality. Lighting was very low and music was not necessarily appropriate for the dining venue.
Other than the our waiter everything else was fair to mediocre. Had to send my steak back… still wasn’t cooked correctly. The fish my husband ordered was about the size of a goldfish.
Our waiter was excellent other than the other table he was waiting on, took most of his time. Not his fault.
I ordered champagne and they were out of the good stuff. I did get a couple of glasses of the cheaper champagne and it tasted like water. Very over priced for what you get. We ate at Ruth’s Chris another night, same amount of money $200… no comparison to your steakhouse. Ruth’s Chris was 10X better and worth the money.
I do not recommend Harrahs Steakhouse.
Service was very good. Only item we noticed was the music didn’t seem to fit the dining experience
The service and food is always exceptional at The Steakhouse.
We always enjoy our meal.
Great as always!
Our first experience with the Steak House after Covid was not a good one from the service to the food. We decide a few week later to give it one more shot. WoW! What a difference a waiter makes. Andrew our waiter was excellent. We had a House salad,
ribeye which was slices for us, and a twice baked potato. For dessert we has French press coffee and 1 order of beignets. We really enjoyed the food and Andrew. Well 2 weeks later we were back and requested Andrew. the experience was ditto. We will be back thanks to Andrew.
Shawn was an attentive server. My food tasted great and everything came out fast! Will return for sure
Food was not good for that kind of the price.
This particular visit was great! Our server was fantastic and we had a very nice meal.
