Server very attentive and food delicious.
I decided to have the crispy skin chicken. The price was $41 I got a quarter of a breast with the wing bone sticking out there was no skin on the chicken to be crisp I ended up sending the meal back because it was absolutely inedible. Our waiter was understanding and very nice about it. Unfortunately, since Caesar's took it over oh, the food has been absolutely horrible. This is the second time there will not be a third for us. When I received my mail I asked the waiter if they kill the kitchen out on the Street. I don't know what kind of chicken it was but it was about the size of a pigeon. Don't waste your time or your money.
This use to be one of my favorite restaurants. They have scaled it down so much. They no longer have table cloths, fresh flowers, candles. And Food now is mediocre at best
This restaurant was amazing, from the started of BBQ shrimp to the dessert of Benign, which were simply wonderful. 2 of us shared the pork chop to die for and the steak and shrimp, don't make me lick my fingers. Ohhhh, this was everything
The food was good but nothing exceptional. The bread rolls were hard and dry. The crab rissotto didn't have any crab meat.
We asked for paper napkins and were told that they only had paper towels.
For an expensive steak house they have dropped the ball.
Will probably not go back again.
Ok but not great .
Save your money !
My server, Leslie, was terrific. I’d recommend eating here for a nice steak. The place does need some work updating the decor.
incredible food, service and ambiance. don't listen to the negative reviews. best steak I've had in forever. excellent value and excellent experience.
Good meal at Harrahs New Orleans
Good food at the only restaurant at Harrahs NOLA that accepts comps 1:1.
Excellent food and service. The servers are personable and make your dinning experience enjoyable.
chkn menu item .. at a stkhse .. was quite tasteful .. a full sized breast on a bed of mashed potatoes. flavor and presntatn were impressive. then we did "take out" for a steak to use up our coupon balance. as a couple, we don't eat so much at 1 meal. it was plenty to share as usual. next day the "leftover" stk was also tasteful when reheated, like a fresh item in the restrnt. all around, a good experience.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Our server was very knowledgable about the food and the city. I had a steak which was one of the best I had in a long time. My friends had the pork chops which they also enjoyed. The crab cake could have been bigger or at least 2 of them for $18.00.
Under staffed restaurant
Definitely not worth the money, you are better off venturing elsewhere in the city. Menu has been significantly scaled back and there are fewer options than in the past. Staff not particularly attentive even though the restaurant was not very busy.
Couple of odd practices. Ordered a bottle of wine. Wait staff didnt show us the bottle but rather just opened it and poured two glasses without us sampling it. Additional silverware brought out after the appetizer and it was placed on a folded paper towel from a bathroom dispenser. Very odd.
Food terrible. Prime Ribeye very gristly and tough. People nice.
Steaks were amazing, but sides lacked seasoning. Our waitress was fantastic. All of the desserts were out of this world. Just a little disappointed for a $400 dinner.
Service was great and the food was outstanding will definitely come back
Great they need to bring back the steak fries thougj
Overpriced and the food quality was not as expected.
Shishito pepper appetizer was terrible. Steaks were good. Sides okay. Service was spotty. Music was loud and terrible--mix of heavy metal and casino mix. Not what I expect at a nice steakhouse. Nowhere near pre-COVID levels.
Steaks are not prime. Wife had blackened fish that was served raw. Over all experience was terrible. Go across the street to Ruth’s Chris
Had a great steak everything was superior. Including fresh coffee
Great night at the Steakhouse at Caesers New Orleans.
Staff was inattentive. Food tardy. Staff was just tally talk and didn’t seem to have time to wait on us
We had a very enjoyable dinner. The tables were spread far apart for Covid but the setting was very subtle and quiet. We ordered a bottle of Caymus, caesar salad, chicken+sausage gumbo, prime ribeye cooked medium rare, twice baked potatoes. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The server was just amazing. I highly recommend this place!
Have not eaten at the Steakhouse un a few years and there are noticeable changes: no table clothes, ambience is one of a sports bar and not a steakhouse due to the noise, menu is very limited - used to have cowboy steak which attracted a lot men to try and eat the 32 oz steak but that is gone; seafood is limited to catfish and shrimp; rolls look like they come from Sam's Club and not even warm. Better restaurants outside of the casino.
This was a disappointing steak dinner experience unfortunately. The lighting in the dining space was haphazard with too much light on some tables and not enough light on others. The gigantic wall art was under lit too which gave the room a gloomy atmosphere. Expensive steak had too much grizzle and fat and it came out on a big plate with nothing else. It was cooked fine though but presentation left much to be desired. Caesar salad was excellent but asparagus was slightly under cooked. Meal with no alcohol or desert came to nearly $150 without tip. This restaurant can do much better for the expense.
Delish!! Mark makes the Best French 75!!
Caesar salad had brown lettuce in it. Rolls were right out of a package. Steak was not cooked properly. Place has really gone downhill.
This is a beautiful venue with wonderful ambience. The staff delivers exceptional service, expertly crafted cocktails, and the food is delicious. Their filet mignon is the best I’ve ever had. Our server paid exceptional attention to detail and brought a complementary birthday dessert that delighted the taste buds. It is a must for dining when you are in New Orleans.
I asked for a ribeye steak with only salt. The steak came with a herb butter I did not want and cooked onions were on the side but the meat tasted of onions so had just been scraped off.
I complained to my server you was very accommodating and apologetic. I was not charged for the meal
Our waitress, Ruby was outstanding. Food perfectly prepared. Not cheap and really only steaks (fish was dry) but the steaks are good as are the appetizers and sides!
The food was excellent. It was quiet considering it sits right off the casino floor. The prices were comparable to other steakhouses.
I throughly enjoyed the experience.
Ruby is the best server!
Music was way too loud . Very hard to hear the waiters and the people at our table. Takes away from effect of fine dining.
Food and service was great.
Steaks were over cooked. Food was just okay, not worth the prices.
Food quality was okay. To expensive for the quality of the food.
Ruby was a greater server both nights we were there.
Nothing bad nor exceptional.
Filet mignon was perfect and our waitress was excellent. Ambience was blah. Also everything you eat is an add on. Steak $54, plus vegetables for another $9, plus potatoes for another 15$.
