Service was excellent , food very good.
Baked potato best I’ve had in years!
The food was excellent and the server was outstanding!
Food was great will come again and eat there love it
Food was overpriced for the quality. Service was not as expected, had to ask questions vs. provided information about menu options, etc. Restaurant was only half open since a big group convention took over the other side.
We ate there two nights on our last trip to NOLA. The food was great. I had the sea bass and it was delicious. The corn fried oysters were great.
Hostess advised that another employee had put a party at the table she had set aside for me (that I requested). I was alone and chose the least expensive bottle of white wine. Manager came by to tell me that wine was not available (conveniently) and he would replace with another...was that okay? I wrongly assumed that meant the other wine would be the same price...not so...I paid the increased price. Crab cakes were okay, but spicy sauce is not what I would have preferred since crab is so delicate and the spice overpowered the taste of crab.
I didn't think the steak was very good for a steakhouse and the Cobb style salad was horrible. I love asparagus and the loaded asparagus was a nightmare. I would say stick with Ruth's Chris in the same facility but that was the worst Ruth's I have ever ate at. So find other options for a good steak.
Didn’t need it anyway.
Saints football game was On so very noisy
We’re celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and my birthday! We had our private booth that we requested and we received a special dessert for both our anniversary and my birthday!
Restaurant in a corner of Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans. Large partition hides the larger dining area in rear.
Smaller group of menu items but steaks, appetizer and meal were very good. Restaurant inscribes Happy Birthday in chocolate on the cake we ordered for dessert. Photo below. Nice touch!
Overall I was very impressed with the quality of this restaurant in the casino.
Mother and I went for a night out on the town. We enjoyed our meal and the French 75 cocktails that I ordered were perfect. A great place for dining and spending the evening with someone special.
Chose pre-fix menu with wine pairings. Waitress was excellent and food/wine were great.
For some reason, we've walked past the entrance to the Steakhouse many times so think Harrah's needs to improve the signage (or else we just were not looking hard enough)! For our first time visit however, we were so impressed from the moment we were greeted until we left, that we knew it was a new favorite restaurant! Our server was Ruby, and he was charming and attentive so be sure and ask for him! They had a nice Happy Hour menu, but we chose to order off the regular dinner menu that you can view online. The food was just excellent and not only did Ruby continue to check on us, but did this Hostess and Manager...excellent attention to their customers!
The Steakhouse has been through a lot of changes this past year and I’m hoping it may have finally found its stride. The service we had was excellent and we were catered too throughout the entire meal. There was one issue throughout our entire meal I ordered a filet medium, but it came out very well done even burnt. I normally don’t like to complain, but I couldn’t eat the steak and enjoy it. I was very pleased how quickly the staff attended to this and I believe I had a new filet out in 5 mins or so and if may have been the best filet I have eaten there. Cooked a perfect medium, great sear on top, and really juicy. I got the crabmeat risotto as a side dish which to me may be the best thing on the menu. If you never had it I highly recommend it. One new addition at least new to me since the last time I’ve been there you were always given bread before your meal but they have changed the bread and what a great change thus has been. The bread is so light, fluffy and soft and it’s served warm with butter. We couldn’t resist asking for a second helping before we finished the first. I will be back within a week and I’m hoping to see the same consistency with the food to feel encouraged to want to make The Steakhouse one of my top choices of places to eat in Nola.
Service was poor, Steaks were under cooked and had to be sent back.
Crab cake and wedge salad were good. Redfish was delicious! Great cocktails and service!
Excellent meal with outstanding service from our waiter Langston. We thoroughly enjoyed the corn coated shrimp appetiser which was delicious. I would strongly recommend the onion soup which had some novel features and the tournedos entree was outstanding.
Great food. Great service. We will definitely go again and again
Excellent food and service!
Went for dinner before the SugarBowl. Service was great (5:15pm so wasn’t crowded). Fried oysters and crab cake appetizers were delicious. The bbq Shrimp is not the best.
For main entree, had the gulf fish blackened. It was very good. And i always get the risotto crab and corn. That’s my favorite there. Drink special from 6-7pm. Overall, it was a good visit.
Fantastic service and steaks were awesome
I particularly liked the early menu that's available from 5 to 7 p.m. It allowed us to enjoy some great food for much better value. The caesar salad was very tasty and fresh but had a little too much dressing. I sat next to the kitchen and I enjoyed watching the staff work so well together to get meals out to the tables. Service was great as well. This is my first time to go to a casino and a meal at the steakhouse kicked off a great night of fun.
Our server was wonderful. The onion soup was very vinegary with inedible cheese Tuile tough and too chewy. Filet overly peppery a little like cheap beef. Rolls and butter tasty. We only paid for drinks. Went to room and had room service.
We got the Chefs Prix Fix special. The meal consisted of a Satsuma salad that was good, Beef Tournedos with potatoes and mushrooms. The steak was cooked perfectly and nicely presented. Here’s where things went bad. For dessert we were served a bananas foster sundae. There were dried banana chips instead of fresh bananas. Keep in mind this is New Orleans upscale restaurant. What a disappointment!
Overall the meal was good, and the service was excellent.
A great dining experience. We also have tried The Steakhouse at Harrahs in Atlantic City, and both were excellent but we liked the New Orleans experience better.
As always this fine restaurant is one of our favorite , Servers were very polite and professional . The food was so appealing and very delicious as well . We had the Crab legs which were opened for us along side our table by servers who we had great conversation with. The portion of the crab legs was enormous and very filling , We enjoyed Our selves for sure . keep up the Great service !
Once again the food was awesome, over the top ! ❤❤❤❤❤
My wife and I loved it so much we ate there 2 days in a row. The barbequed shrimp on the appetizer list is outstanding. The only thing I would recommend would be to return to the hard loaf type rolls they used to serve. The bread they serve now is more like a packaged soft dinner roll you would buy in the grocery store.
Great food and service. Excellent choice for a date night!
Service good. Disappointed with quality of food.
This was my first time here so I do not have a comparison. The service was really slow. They could have been short handed, I don't know. The steaks were awesome but everything else was served cold.
I expected more for the prices they charge.
The food was amazing!
It was my family daughter’s birthday. Service was excellent and everything was great.
Absolutely wonderful under new management! Quality food and drink . The revillon menu with wine pairings was a bargain and could not have been better.
Food was amazing!! Server not so much! I would go back for the food and make sure we do not get the same server. Manager, hostess and especially the food runner was very helpful.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. The sea bass was delicious as were the brussel sprouts! One of my favorite restaurants
