   Thankyou to Hector the Bartender who took great care of us! And THANKYOU to Shakira for your generosity! From start to finish our Steakhouse evening was perfect! Both couples split the QUEEN size Prime Rib …. Huge portions, cooked to perfection at Rare + and Med Rare. Great sides, great service & Excellent Martinis! We hadn’t been to The Steakhouse in a few years and were thrilled to know it’s still awesome!!!

   Amazing service and delicious food. I ordered the Surf and Turf and was not disappointed. Tender filet mignon that melts in your mouth. A succulent lobster tail and Brussels sprouts with dates made the perfect dinner. I also ordered the lemon drop cocktail, careful with the pineapple bits. They are infused with vodka. Everything was great; our sever Rock was very knowledgeable with all dishes and recommendations. Very pleasant and great attitude.

   Melinda and her assistant provided exceptional service very attentive and never once forgot about us. The Mixed Grill dish not a big fan on the serving I prefer the garlic mash potatoes or the risotto but the purée it was served on was very bland. The Petite filet was perfect Lobster Mac delicious Thanks again Will be back soon

   It was fantastic. We shared the 22 ounce rib eye. Cooked to perfection. Plenty for two people, The wait staff is superb. Every time we go to Agua Caliente, we always reserve a night for the steakhouse.

   Every dish was delicious! Perfectly cooked fish and steaks! Loved the bread basket variety. Service was fantastic. We all would definitely go back.

   Fantastic food and great service from Jaime. Had a bone in filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Butter Cake with Lemon Curd and Vanilla Gelato was amazing.

   Our waitress Jacqueline was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Our evening dinner was a celebration of my wife’s birthday and it all started when we check in is with the hostess, who wished my wife a happy birthday, from then on our experience was truly outstanding. The service from the entire staff was top shelf, the food was prepared timely and to perfection! By the end of the evening we enjoyed a wonderful meal and Jacqueline top it all off by taken a photo of us and gave a printed photo back to us in a picture frame. We will be back. Thank you.    Our reservation made through Open Table included that we were celebrating a birthday. The host at the entrance to the restaurant confirmed the birthday, but we also specified in the reservation that we wanted an "inside" table (as opposed to the patio), but the host asked me this anyway. The bread was delicious, and served with two types of butter. There was also an unexpected crab salad appetizer "from the chef" served in a wafer cone dyed black with octopus ink. The shrimp cocktail and New York steak (14oz) portions were large, but overpriced, especially since the expensive steak entree was a la carte. The side dishes were around $14 for plain steamed vegetables. We ordered one salad to split, which was plenty. The waiter initially honored our request for water without ice, but for each refill he dumped ice into both water glasses. He had no idea we were celebrating a birthday until we mentioned it in response to his asking if we wanted any dessert. The waiter was passive and unsmiling during our entire visit, even when he brought the birthday dessert.

    The pork was one of the best we have had. Cooked to perfection and the texture of the special cut was memorable. Erik’s service was so attentive and informative it was reminiscent of The Ritz Carlton.
