As noted in the previous fields the experience was "good." For the dining experience they appear to be creating, and the menu prices I had a much higher expectation. The dining room was about a third full with many available booths and we got a table in the middle of the room, the chairs were very comfortable. Drinks seemed to take a long time for how busy the dining room and bar were. After ordering our appetizer and salad were served at the same time, which at this level of service was disappointing. The calamari appetizer was bland and really nothing special, again, disappointing. The house salad was great and seemed to a wedge salad on butter lettuce. Entrees was served and my husband was left without silverware, we had to flag down a bus person. My fish, while good, was overcooked. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly and he enjoyed it very much. One of the glasses of wine, that was $18, seemed a bit oxidized like it had been open for several days or in need of decanting. We experienced some interesting diners nearby. Nobody crumbed the table. Overall the experience was enjoyable as it was our anniversary, and we enjoy each others' company. Probably won't go back.

This is the only restaurant that we have ever been to where they pull out the table when you are sitting in a booth. This is a fantastic place to eat!

Had the best niece and aunty date. Shane, as our server made the night truly remarkable and sweet. Luis, his busser was very attentive and always made sure to check up on us. Shane was very detailed with what we would order. My niece as a vegan truly loved her vegetarian Mac and cheese as well as her table side potato. Sebastian did an excellent performance and kept a great conversation. When it came to dessert I want to give a huge thank you to Shane for writing my nieces name on the chocolate cake plate! We then ordered bananas foster and can I just say wow! Eric did a truly funny and wonderful performance. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We walked out and my niece couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was! Thank you all. Definitely coming again.

Overall it was a nice meal, the server was nice / friendly
Thought it was overpriced for steak approximately $49 no sides, all sides are separate

For a casino it was a good place to eat with decent food.

We really enjoy dining at The Steakhouse. The food and service is very good. Our only disappointment is the change from the original date butter to the lavender date butter ... not as good. We want the original back!

This was our first time at The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino.
We had a reservation, and were seated right away. I requested a booth that morning, and they had it waiting for us.
Though smoking is allowed in Casino; because of additional filtration, the air inside the restaurant, is clean. You will Not smell Tobacco smoke at all.
Our server, Nicolas, was Excellent. Very attentive and personable. as well as all the Staff.
Great choices and food with reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our surroundings and the meal.

For the second time in two weeks, even having told the wait person the shrimp the previous week were cooked to rubber, the lovely, large shrimp cocktail, although beautiful to look at and well-presented, were again cooked within an inch of their lives as they say. They at least were somewhat edible this week, BUT the wait person, when told there were not cooked to perfection as they should have been at $5 bucks per shrimp, he did not offer to replace, add dessert, or anything. Unfortunately, the manager was not to be seen on a Wednesday evening.

2nd time we have eaten here. And there will be more. Juan, our server, was knowledgeable about the menu bc I couldn't decide on an appetizer (settled on crab cakes), and husband had lobster bisque (Rich and creamy). The time b4 this, we had the Caesar salad prepared tableside, which was excellent. The bread served with 2 kinds of butter was superb---one had lavender in it, and the other was.sea salt. Both spreadable. Crab cakes came as a set of 2---all.crab, no filler, with very good sauces on the side and a relish. For our entrees, I ordered the rib eye rare plus,.and spinach. Husband ordered the halibut. Steak came out perfectly cooked, hot, and an excellent bernaise to accompany. The sauce was definitely made there --not out of a mix. An accompanying glass of.red.wine, a nice pour, recommended by Juan, our server. Husband declared his halibut dinner excellent. We were mostly full after the appetizers, but we did manage to eat at least half of the entrees, and Juan packed our leftovers nicely. Absolutely will go back a third and more times.

Fabulous food and service! SUPER value! Filet Benedict was the best I have ever had! It comes with a yogurt and fresh berry compote, perfectly ripe fruit slices, petite muffins with lavender butter💖and the best fries (I was only going to eat one but they were too good to stop!)😈. We live in the Desert and will definitely be back!!!

We went for Sunday brunch. It was delicious. A la cáete menú. If you want mimosas, ask for Prosecco and orange juice. Prosecco Mini bottle was $9 and gives about 2 mimosas.

Place is nice and service is great; however, the "gigantic" (and they were very large) black tiger prawns were cooked within an inch of their lives and were like rubber.....very disappointing! However, the skillet carrot cake with ice cream was DELICIOUS! :)

This is the second time I have dined here and I wish I could be more enthusiastic. It's perfectly good, but seems too generic. Although there are various things on the menu, it's really all about the steak. If you don't want steak, this is not the place for you. Salads are good, with fresh ingredients. The crab cake starter was tasty, mostly crab. Wine list is limited with markup in the 80-100% range. I ordered salmon this time and it was acceptable, but very ordinary. Desserts are huge and not worth the calories. I'm very indifferent about this restaurant and it would be easy to do worse.

Our entrees came out 80 minutes after ordering. We will rethink our eating here again. We have eaten here numerous times in the past 15 years. Maybe the remodeling and new staff has something to do with this debacle. The Managers never even came over to apologize...

Steak medium rare was a tad too rare but good...service much better than Morton’s all around

Th salad made at table side was divine...our new go to!!!

The service was spectacular. The crème brulee was outstanding. I enjoyed the lobster, but the steak was overcooked. I asked for medium rare and I received medium. In all fairness, I did not advise the waiter. I have no doubt he would have done whatever was necessary to make me happy. However, I did not want to wait for another steak.

I would not necessarily recommend the restaurant to anyone at this point, however, I would try it again to give it another chance.

The ambiance is perfect. Relaxed yet romantic enough. It was nice to be tucked away and feel like the minute I left the restaurant I wasn't going to be surrounded by a bunch of toothless zombies pouring their money into machines hoping to be distracted by lights and buffalos running across a screen. 😂🤣. Food was great and service was perfect

Went for brunch on Sunday. Asked for seating in bar; then waited, and waited, and waited to be waited on. Server was inattentive and food and drink were a long time being served. Ordered filet benedict, medium well. The steak was served black and charred; one of the poached eggs rolled off the plate during service; the server picked it up with his fingers, returned it to the plate, and asked if I'd like to have it replaced...YES! The steak was inedible; couldn't believe it was even served so poorly prepared (charred..). However, after serving the meal, the server never checked back to inquire if all was ok; in fact, we never saw the server again until requesting the bill. Didn't eat the beef; the plus--my meal charge was removed from the bill. The minus--bad service, very poorly prepared food. Will not return.
P.S. The restaurant was not busy--now I know why!
