    The only problem with this otherwise wonderful restaurant is that you have to cross a smoke filled casino to get to it. My issue is not with the casino…

    We were a party of 4 got there at 6:52pm with no reservation, asked if there was any availability and the host said nothing available until 9pm. I looked on open table and booked for 7:15pm that same night. We were seated pretty quickly once we had a reservation. To start we ordered the tuna crudo it had zero flavor and the waiter kindly switched it out for us and brought us the scallops. The scallops were very delicious. My dad had ordered 10oz filet mignon medium. When he received it, it was brought out rare. We sent it back to be cooked longer and they brought it out and it was medium rare. We sent it back again and they brought it out well done. The waiter told us there was a trainee chef and he was still learning. They did not charge us for the steak nor the tuna, which was kind, but for a top tier steak house the food could have been better. The steak was mid, and the sides were okay. If you order a side dish i recommend the corn risotto. At the end I had left over filet mignon from the 7oz I ordered and they were supposed to pack it up to go, but when I got home the 1/2 of the 7oz was not in the bag. I called the next day and they kindly replaced the missing steak. They fixed all the mistakes that were made, but I felt they all Could have been avoided. I will likely not be going back based on this experience, but maybe someone will have a better time.

    Always love this place but last night the kitchen was very off. They brought out entrees one at a time therefore 3 of us were unable to enjoy meal together. We then waited a half hour for our Lava only to learned that it was burned.

    Am a regular at The Steakhouse as the food is really good and the service impeccable. That was not the case last evening. The service was noticeably poor even though the restaurant was virtually empty. I had to get up three times to ask for service as no one was to be found. The 3rd time, the only person I could find was the bartender. She was surly and snarky with me. Quite honestly, I was shocked. I have in the past never experienced this kind of attitude in the restaurant or in the casino. So very disappointed.

    I ordered my steak rare plus. Which is rare and the center just gets warm. The first steak I had was done beyond medium. Which was obvious when it was delivered. I sent it back. The second one was done correctly. The sides were mediocre at best.
