Marvellous time there during a hot 2022 summer afternoon. Food was exquisite, food service wares at the same level. The room itself is lovely, cosy, luxurious without ostentation. A double bass live music fitted the atmosphere. But what we mostly reminisce about with my wife was the perfect service, by the room manager and her team of waiters and waitresses. Caring, smiling, agreeable, with the right amount of strict professionalism and genuine warmth. We had a few good laugh with the team while being served expertly. They deserve this praise!

Ambience was nice, service was good as expected. However the food arrived really slowly (by courses) with a temporary halt of 25 mins. We have not reached the sweets up until 75 minutes from arrival.

Afternoon tea at the Rose Lounge was a an absolute treat. The food was unique and delicious, the style of afternoon tea was also unique, the setting was beautiful and peaceful and service (thanks to Olivia and Emilia) was fantastic! We were raving about the experience for a long time after we left. Highly recommended.

An absolutely delightful experience with an interesting and delicious menu. We were told to expect 2 hours for the full experience and that's what it was. Knowing that, we planned for a leisurely afternoon and enjoyed each course with the personable staff.
