   Amazing dining experience! Service was incredible— very attentive staff. Food was delicious. The best part was the views. 360 degree views of LA! I came for sunset and was blown away. 🤩

   Everything was perfect!! That ginger martini was spiritual!🔥🔥🔥😍 First time trying the pistachio guacamole....Oooooolalaaaa....I was pleasantly surprised!! 😍😍 Both the salmon and chicken meal we ordered were simply delicious. The flavor was Devine!! Making my way back real soon just to try the other items on the menu.

   Incredible views, friendly staff, delicious food. $140 for two people for a celebration brunch. 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 juice, 1 coffee, 1 bottled water. Went to get a "Beverly Hills LA" experience and it did not disappoint.

   Went for our 19th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The atmosphere, the views, and the food was all amazing. Great hospitality and very attentive staff, definitely recommend it for special occasions.

    Super windy today. Not a lot of people were there. Requested if other people on a different table can be seated closed together. Denied by manager. We were fine that we were on different tables but the manager on purpose seated us far away from each other. Like literally, north, south and west. Weird manager. again, it was windy and not much people were there. We were the first ones there. Servers were amazing. Would not recommend going back and bringing group of friends. Such a fail.

    The ambiance is very nice and I liked the views unfortunately that was all I liked. For the price the service was subpar and I got the salmon because the pasta advertised on OpenTable was not what they had on the menu when I arrived. The salmon unfortunately was raw and I only ate half of it. Probably will not be back.

    We had an excellent time! The view, the service and the drinks were truly outstanding! I only wish, the Valet was somewhat reasonable and didn’t cost my first born to park.

    Second time coming here. Ambiance is great, but food generally is just not good. This time, my burger was completely raw on the inside. Gross. The condiments which were brought out on the side of the $190 Caviar were not fresh, you can tell the items were pre cut and stored away.

    I’m a frequent customer at the Waldorf rooftop. I enjoyed every single visit there, great ambience and food. UNFORTUNATELY, Valentines was completely overpriced and the staff provided a poor experience. The food was regular and worst than in their menu, the service was impersonal and dry which is not how they perform in regular days. Wrapping up, a place to go when they don’t have fixed-price course menu. There are much better options for special occasions.

    Due to the weather on the rooftop, we had a very short and unpleasant Valentine’s Day. It was extremely cold, and the fact that there was no type of partition to shield from the windchill was surprising to me. We ate so fast and did not finish the drinks but needed to get out of there; the blankets did not help with the uncomfortability. I’ve gone to the rooftop for years as I have lived on the corridor, but this just happened to be a bad experience.

    The views were amazing and the ambience is really beautiful. I thought the service was good and we appreciated our server's attention to detail. That said, the price of the steak was extremely high for what we got. We ordered the Tomahawk and for over $200 I thought the value wasn't there. We were told it feeds 2 but left hungry. I wouldn't go back for food most likely, maybe only drinks and happy hour appetizers (given the value we experienced at dinner).

    Staff loved to say No no matter how small the request. People at next table said this to us and we all laughed at how put out the staff acted about the simplest request. If you love gleeful no’s you love the service.

    Its a casual place to eat, the ambiance is 3.5 out of 5, it has a good view of Beverly Hills but nothing out of ordinary. The grilled octopus and crispy salmon is a great plate to try. The overall food selection is little short, not too much to try besides what we liked. Overall try it once to experience for yourself.

    One of the best dining experiences! The views are incredible, the place is beautifully designed, the service is outstanding, and the food is delicious. Dishes are not as pricy given the high-end nature of the restaurant and they are very well-portioned. Overall I had a great time there. The staff and waiters are there to take care of you and enhance the overall experience. Definitely would recommend.

    Beautiful views and friendly staff. Food was good, but mashed potatoes needed more butter and flavor. They charged me $14 for a sparkling bottle of water we never opened. We had 2 but the 3rd we never requested. Drinks were on point!

    We came here to celebrate our anniversary, which I had indicated so on the reservation. None of the staff acknowledged it, whatsoever. I have never been to a restaurant, wherein I disclosed I was celebrating something special, where it wasn’t acknowledged. Not a huge deal, but it further added to our disappointment with this place. First off, the lady at the front checking us in, from the moment we walked in she was checking us out from head to toe - as if to see if we did belong there or not. It gave me a weird feeling in my stomach and I immediately felt awkward (like maybe we shouldn’t have come here). No one should feel like that, we were dressed right, we are paying for your service and we have every right to be there just as everyone else. Further, she didn’t smile, didn’t exchange pleasantries, just went straight to “what’s the name on the reservation” and then told us to wait. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, we were sat down. I will say the waiter was nice enough, but she didn’t know how to recommend drinks. Drinks were a huge letdown. You’re paying $23-27 for cocktails, you expect them not to be bland and contain bottom shelf alcohol. My drink tasted like it was made at a cheap bar with a lot cranberry juice and some cheap vodka. I didn’t even drink half. The lobster burger was very fishy (yuck!) and had a weird texture. I am not one to turn away food, so I had some bites and then just ate the fries - the only food item that was actually decent. $250 dollars later, we left disappointed, hungry and with a bad taste in the mouth. Views are 10/10. Food and drinks are a 6/10. My advice is spend your hard earned money elsewhere. You’re paying for the views here.

    First time diner. We brought two guests to lunch and we were all impressed at once by the impression and decor. Such fine fittings and comfortable dining despite the heavy winds of the day. Congratulations. We all ate what we might call “comfort” food and we’re well pleased. The service was impeccable and discreet from your well-trained staff. We now have a great option for rooftop meals with a killer view. Can’t wait till we return.

    Exceptionally warm hospitality and anticipatory service by Andrey and his team. We drank an impeccable bottle of Littorai Pinot Noir and enjoyed the small bites at the bar. The attention to detail was exquisite.
