   The service for the Bubbles and Bloom event was INCREDIBLE! My guest was running very late and the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and welcome. The execution of this event was beautiful and thoughtful. It had all of the special touches that made it really lovely and fun. The person running the event is remarkable and very engaged and engaging. The tea, champagne, and treats were so fun, pretty, delightful, and delicious.

   Ritz Carlton asked us to book here for NYE at their Lobby Lounge for which we paid $100 in advance. Then they started giving out tickets complementary for hotel guests. We didn’t get a table, in spite of having paid, and booked ahead and staying at the hotel. We didn’t get our champagne toast. We were told they would refund us, but nothing refunded so far.

   Teddy Bear Tea We have enjoyed this event annually for many years. The savory portion and the tea options were average at best. The dessert portion was excellent. It is way overpriced but still a neat event. Honestly though we will likely skip the tea in future years and just do happy hour at the sushi bar instead. The Tea price is close to the price of afternoon tea at the Plaza in NYC but does not hold a candle to the Plaza’s tea.

   We loved the spooky tea! The snacks and drinks were tasty. We’ve attended a few different themed teas now, and have enjoyed them all. Kelsey and team always ensure we have a great time!

    This was a special event : bubbles & blooms. Have to say that the atmosphere was the best part. Other than that, it was severely overpriced for what it was. You receive three tiny tea sandwiches. Our waitress only let us sample two out of the three teas. And then there’s three tiny tea, desserts. I did not want the desserts and was not allowed to trade out for sandwiches instead. You had to pay $20 per glass of bubbles. You were charged an extraordinate tax plus Mandatory 25% gratuity. And the flowers were underwhelming. They did not remember to acknowledge my friend’s bday eventhough it was preplanned and discussed- and there was signage for other bdays on tables. I would not come again!
