Enjoyed everything we ate and service was great. Very friendly. Highly recommend in the casino dinning.
We were fitted immediately although we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. We were thankful. waitress was helpful and showed just the right amount of attention. Food was excellent. However, I thanked the roasted vegetables that came with the grouper could have been more plentiful. Perhaps the biscuits or rolls could have been a courtesy instead of pay.
We go to the Hard Rock Tampa often and planned a friends night out. The service was good but the entrees were just ok. My husband ordered the ribeye cap and it was flavorless and minuscule in size. It looked like a speck on a huge white plate. The mashed potatoes were soupy. I’m vegetarian and not any options at all other than the cavatelli pasta with butternut squash. It was too thick and not appetizing. Looked like Mac n cheese. The salad was great and I liked the biscuits but I was put off that the server took it upon herself to place two orders when I only ordered one and wanted them to come with my salad. They didn’t come with the salad so I told her to cancel them and thought she did. I was done with salad and low and behold they bring out the biscuits!!! Again, Not one but two orders???
I don’t like the fact that server took it upon herself to make assumptions and then proceed to charge me for 1 and 1/3 orders of the biscuits...then charge the other two couples for a 1/3 each as well when they didn’t order them in the first place or eat them! I told her it was incorrect but the other couples said forget about it.
This was our first visit and likely last one to The Rez. Don’t get many chances to make a first impression great.
The fries were cold on the steak frites. It ruins eberything
An amazing dining experience. Fabulous food, but the service is totally outstanding. You are treated like royalty.
Although we have been here several times and enjoyed it, we were a little disappointed this time. The crab appetizer was half the size it normally is. The servers were very attentive. But probably won't go back for a long while.
Made the reservation on-line and was sent a confirmation via email. When I arrived for dinner the Host did not have the reservation - awkward....
Had a great time as always at the Rez Grille. Love this restaurant and everyone there is always so pleasant and helpful.
Great Service and food. Large salads and the Chicken and Waffles were outstanding and plenty of food.
The food was pretty tasteful. Servers must work on bringing in the courses, had the salad less than 10 minutes and in came the entrée. Kenny was good, but maybe not give such large tables at once to him- as there were open ones for other servers. Maybe suggest a small kids menu. Lemonade was true lemons- might consider breaking it down so that its not so tart. Otherwise, yes we will visit again
We showed up 10 mins early and the lady told us we have to wait bec she does not have An available table. We looked around and there were more than 10 open tables and no one was waiting except us. We finally got seated and those open tables remained open for about an hour before customers start to come in. We ordered shrimp cocktail for appetizer and then gave the server our order for dinner as well. Everything came out ALL at the same time. We ended up not being able to finish all our food. Food tastes really
Great but the overall service needs improvement.
The food was good although I really wanted a hamburger and found out they could only cook them well done. That is not what the pictures show. The waffles and chicken were good it I think that when people are ordering they should explain it to them about how to eat and make them familiar with what they get. The food is good there so we were just a little disappointed.
Really good food and drinks. The price was right. I did tell the girl at the desk that it was my birthday and my husband’s birthday and I asked her to tell our server which she did not do. I just wanted them to put a candle in our dessert. But that didn’t happen. Otherwise it was a good experience
The whole experience was great!! First time guest, and definitely not the last. Our waiter was the best and had a great personality!! The food was fresh and he brussel sprouts were a great side dish. I had the lobster roll and my date had the grouper. Thanks
We live in tampa and had been wanting to try this new restaurant at hard rock. It was truly outstanding. The food quality was over the top. The variety was fantastic. The ingredients superb. We were some overawed at the experience that we already booked a return on Father’s Day. What an excellent restaurant.
Very good fried chicken with waffles.
The best fried chicken in Tampa bay
Service was slow , water was like warm, we just had crabs cakes and decide to eat else where in the casino
The food was very good but portion sizes were small and not worth the price. Drinks were average and also not a good value.
Service was a little slow but after telling host it picked up food was great and desserts were wonderful
The food was great. Atmosphere noisy. They need to not pipe in the casino music.
The king crab legs appetizer is amazing! I wish you would bring back the pecan pie desert.
Great service, fast and delicious food . Highly recommend.
I wish I could write that we just had poor service. We had no service. It was a Friday night, after 8pm and the place was a ghost town. That should have been an indication of what we were in-store for. The Hard Rock is packed on a Friday night. No idea of the quality of food, as we never received service. One of the Manager's took our drink order and delivered the drinks, but our waiter Steven never showed up. The other two booths next to us had similar service issues. If you are going to the Hard Rock, skip Rez for now. Council Oak Steak House is better option. We stuck it out for 45 minutes and then left.
This was our 2nd visit to The Rez...we loved it and will return!!
Interesting..... the grilled artichoke wasn’t even an entire artichoke. 1/2 heart and 3/4 of leaves....
We went on Thursday for an early dinner (6pm) with our small kids. Everything was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised. We had a big comp so we ordered a ton of food and everything was on point. My chicken and waffles was perfect... it came with really inventive accompaniments. My husband was very pleased with his lobster thermador. The kids loved the butternut squash cavatelli. I ordered a lobster roll to take home for lunch the next day and it was overflowing with lobster claw! Crab cakes and shrimp cocktail were great. The brussels sprouts were really good with the bourbon golden raisins. The restaurant was designed beautifully and the food was served in beautiful copper platters/pans. Service was very fast and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!
My reservation was made for Mothers Day brunch and was my first time there. Atmosphere and ambiance was wonderful with all staff working well together. Food was delicious and different than the norm offered by other establishments offering brunch. Overall great experience and will return.
Food and service were very good. It did take quite some time to receive our appetizer but they kept coming out to apologize and gave us a free round of drinks
Great service, food and drinks. We were sat earlier than our reservations so very accommodating.
We go there over and over and it is always wonderful
We are eating lightly these days and so we ordered a very plain dish of seared snapper and broccolini.
The broccolini was undercooked and the snapper had zero flavor. No seasonings, no moisture - just blah.
In the past, when ordering comfort food like ribs, it was superb. But they didn't do the fish very well at all and the service was on the slow side.
Great date night. Hubby and I did shrimp cocktail for our appetizers and the chicken and waffles for dinner. Great value and Kenny was our waiter. Super attentive and gave great recommendations. We finished off with the lemon curd blueberry and crumb. Was a bit too sweet but delicious.
Fantastic drinks and very good food. Service was impeccable.
Great music and very good espresso.
I thought the food was generously portioned and delicious. Drinks were very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant was open to the casino.
Food was horrible and way over priced. We will not be returning.
Great for a special occasion. Everyone’s food was very good. Drinks were delicious, very good cocktail menu.
Once seated and ordered, the food came fairly quickly and then we never saw our waiter for at least 20 minutes. I had to get my own refills of water, and never was able to ask for the condiments that we wanted. Our waiter was very friendly, just didn't get to see him.
There was a hair in my fiancé’s burger.. that’s really all I can say. That ruined her birthday dinner.
Started with Baby Gem Lettuce salad $13. Salad was large and fresh and good taste. My wife got Brussel Sprouts $6. They were excellent. Large portion and very tasty. I had the ribeye cap $33. The meat was very tender and had great flavor. The problem was it was about 3 ounces of meat. It came with 2 tiny pieces of potato and broccoli. The vegetables were so undercooked that they were inedible. My wife had Grouper En Papillote $24. She said it was tasteless and she eats a lot of fish so her taste is experienced, Finished withChocolate Budino $(. Large portion and very good. My wife had Expresso Creme Brûlée $9. Average at best. Overall the value was poor. The manager checked with us twice but didn't seemed concerned about any suggestive criticism. I would not recommend this restaurant.
