The Regional serves hometown American food from the farm, from the ranch, and from the docks. SIMPLY PUT, THE REGIONAL TASTES LIKE HOME. We work with Colorado suppliers to cook the homegrown comfort food that we all know and love. For some, that may be creamy shrimp and grits or oysters – for others, it’s crispy fried chicken and curly fries. Either way, no matter which corner of this country you’re from, we know you’ll find a familiar favorite in our kitchen.

The Regional is an exceptional dining option in Old Town! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good meal and an awesome old fashioned.

Food was really delicious and the restaurant has a cozy but modern ambiance. Oysters were super fresh and tasty. Would definitely go back for a nice date night or for a dinner with foodie friends.

This was my third visit to the Regional and I have enjoyed my meal each time. The first time I reserved a table. It was on a Tuesday evening and we were given the option of sitting in the room with music or not. Since my friend and I came to be together and talk, we chose to sit in the quieter space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and promised to return. The second time three friends met for lunch. Again, the food was very good and the service great. The third time we went for the Fort Collins Great Plate event, which was the choice of two set menus. My partner and I chose different things for the 3 courses and we were both pleased with our choices. The serving size was perfect, since we had to work our way through 3 courses. When we my partner said, "We will come back".

Nice place to have a dinner. We were more impressed with the entrees than with the appetizers, but overall we had a very positive experience.

Great food and service -- owner works hard to cater to the community and has done a great job. Sophisticated gluten free options make it especially great for the Celiac in your life.

The Regional is a welcome addition to the fine dining scene in Fort Collins. Located on Mason Street between Oak and Mountain it is steps from the Max bus stop and a block from the Civic Center parking structure. Not only is it convenient, the food is exceptional. Best crab cakes ever were a healthy portion of six slices the crab filling wrapped in phyllo which was then baked to a lovely crispness. The fried oyster mushroom was spritely seasoned with a delicate dipping sauce for balance. My ancho rubbed ribs were another six pieces that were not too hot and amazingly tender. Very yummy. The pork loin with sweet potato is not to be missed because the meat is roasted to perfection - tender yet crusty. We were fortunate to dine on Thursday when the chef's special includes one appetizer, one entree and a dessert for $35! It was a steal. The only challenge is that noise level which requires speaking to dinner companions in a louder than normal level. I will put up with that and look forward to many more visits.
