If you got too much money to spend come here they will rinse your pockets dry witch I don’t mind sometimes when the experience is worth it but was proper mid

Immediately judged at the door because we had children and we were dressed in workout clothes. Plenty of reservations, hence me making one here, but told there was none. So many open tables. Very snooty staff.

I've been to the dorchester many times but never for dinner. We just wanted something light to celebrate our final night in london, but we didn't know about the rule of everyone having to order a main meal for dinner, we mostly wanted tea, sushi and pizza but everyone including the kids had to order mains and we weren't informed until we had sat down and were well into our tea service, which was slow but nice. Obviously we were unable to eat everything and it eventually went to waste but it would have been nice to have known about that rule. Otherwise, a pleasant evening.

Excellent service from Mr Sandro and his team at the Artist’s bar and Mr Dani and his team at the promenade, Food was simply delicious, alcohol selection is to the point.

Very chatty staff, asking all kind of personal questions, food was average, staff were in a hurry, didn’t even finish chewing and they’re already clearing the table.

Have not eaten in The Promenade before as we used to visit The Dorchester Grill but stopped when there was a change of Chef and we no longer enjoyed the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal in The Promenade and would certainly return. We had the Dover Sole and Salmon dishes.
