A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.

It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Our dining room has limited space and we don’t offer high chairs, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pram or need to adjust your booking size.

Here's when we're open, so you can find what you're looking for:

Lunch:
Thursday to Saturday 12-3pm
Sunday 1-5pm

Dinner:
Monday to Saturday 6-10pm

Kitchen is closed on Men’s Arsenal home games.

The Plimsoll has the best food and the most lovely team. I've never had a bad dish here and last night was no exception. We had the tuna and tomatoes, the fried roasties, the burger, the pappardelle, and the scallop - all 10/10. Their lovely, fun team of servers is always attentive and friendly. BIG appreciation to everyone at the Plimsoll.

Still the best meal in London with stunning staying power. In a city where most things are transient the plimsoll is the best meal you can take someone to, even after years.

You really can’t go wrong with The Plimsoll – I had a fantastic experience there again last weekend! The burgers were excellent as always. I really appreciate the consistency – they’re always top-notch. The rest of the menu may be simple, but every dish is absolutely spot-on. On top of that, the service was exceptionally kind and welcoming, as always. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were incredibly patient with the three kids in our group – something that’s not always a given in London restaurants. Great food, great vibe – I’ll definitely be coming back!
