Welcome to the historic and brand new Pine Room! Once a writing room, a World War II Officer's Club and a Pub, the new Pine Room features an open kitchen that is the star of the show, as the Pine Room Chefs are on full display entertaining guests as their meal is prepared.
Guests will find the familiar comforts of the space they remember with the exposed historic pine wood paneling matched with our Hotel Roanoke four-diamond service that’s refined but relaxed, and a dining experience that’s unpretentious, delicious, and exciting.

We did get the table by the fireplace, which made it fabulous! Also split the Pork Shank and Caesar salad which were both DELICIOUS! 😋 We also ordered a nice bottle of wine that was reasonably priced. Our servers were very fun and attentive. We really had a great experience.

Lunch at The Pine Room was wonderful. The staff offered us a table on the Circle Patio on a beautiful (and warm) Roanoke afternoon. The setting was very comfortable. We had time to visit and enjoy our salads at a leisurely pace. Thanks.

Our dining party each had a different dish and everything was delicious. The adult beverages were wonderful too. Great service as well.

Great food. Great service. Become a new favorite. We had Gabe on her first day and she was fantastic. Hotel Roanoke’s service and training expectations are on point.

We were going to a show after dinner so we opted for "lighter" meal. The crispy cauliflower and pork belly tacos (snack n share) were fabulous! We also split a summer berry salad (w added grilled shrimp) and it was wonderful. Pine Room never disappoints.

The server was friendly without being overwhelming. The drinks were good. We all had salads and everyone was quite pleased. The restaurant was not full and the noise level was low. Since this was an outing for catching up with friends it was ideal.

What an amazing casual dining experience!! We LOVED the locally sourced ingredients as well as the listing in the menu of the local farms. Our server; Bruce, was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs. My son; who is in a wheelchair, found it easy to navigate in the dining room and the tables were perfect. All the staff was very accommodating and the food; along with desserts were fabulous!!
