This is not a place to go for dinner. It shouldn’t be on Open Table. It is a sandwich carry out establishment. DO NOT make reservations here!
Terrible... They had prepackaged sandwiches ona hotel lobby. Shouldn't be on the app
Made a reservation, the restaurant is closed.
They are NOT serving the regular menu due to COVID. They are ONLY serving ore-packaged sandwiches and drinks. They only have wine in a can with a very limited suggestion. The woman working there said many people have been showing up unaware of this (me being one of them). She was extremely apologetic and friendly, but it was a major let down to show up to.
Its a joke. They are serving cold sandwiches, they shouldnt even be on Open Table. Come on Vail Associates, step up and give the effort the other private restaurants are doing during this time.
To bad , just sándwiches and drinks it is not a restaurante
The food is outstanding and Bradley both makes excellent cocktails and provides superb service.
Wonderful service, great food, low noise level, warm and cozy, elegant. Was totally impressed.
The service was horrible, the presentation was horrible, took forever to get anything. Go outside then they felt free to talk on 20% gratuity because we are a party of nine even though we had five kids with us.
The food was minimal at best
I would recommend the Osprey for lunch but not for dinner. The restaurat was fairly empty, there was not a lot of choice on the menu, the most tempting dish was not ready for service and the salmon was huge and came smothered in too much sauce. The wine list is limited. However, at lunchtime, the salads are tasty.
The items on the specials menu were good, but the regular menu items were nothing special. When we were there they only had one person serving, greating, and bar tending. The meal was incredibly slow.
It is right in the lobby of the hotel. It doesn’t seem like you’re in a restaurant. It wasn’t at all what I expected. The food was okay. It’s more of a place to get an appetizer after you ski. Our waitress was not very helpful with the menu. I think she was tired.
This is a hotel lobby restaurant. You have people walking through with bathing suits and luggage.
A great little casual restaurant in Beaver Creek. If you are looking for casual relaxed dining with lots of options both for sharing and individual portions this is a perfect spot. We were a family of 6 and the service was exceptional, the food was fresh and tasty and the price point on food and beverages is great. It will not disappoint. Lovely fireplace too!
Limited menu but great wait staff and good food, convenient
More like the lobby of a hotel than a restaurant. If you're looking for a dinner meal, go elsewhere.
We had a very pleasant meal at the Fireside Grill in the Osprey. Our party of six was seated in front of the fire, which was lovely on an cold night. I'd call the menu "small plates, plus elaborate bar food". I especially liked the lettuce wraps. The dining space is open to the bar area and almost feels like part of the hotel lobby. After we asked them to turn down the lighting, the space felt cozy enough. The staff was young and enthusiastic. So, overall "good", and it could become "very good" with a few tweeks.
Do it’s not a restaurant it’s really a lobby lounge/bar that serves food. Light fare. We went at 7:30 and were the only ones there on a very busy holiday week. There is a fireplace.
Superb meal on Christmas... food was fantastic and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The venue is very intimate and great for a family dinner or celebration.
Christmas Eve, enjoyed a great menu and view slopeside. Service was welcoming and friendly
We made a reservation 3 weeks ago on open table and counted on this reservation. The restaurant ended up being closed for the off season. Take it off Open Table
This place was such a disappointment. Went there as a special treat with friends for dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant. The waiter looked like he would much rather not be working that night and we were a real inconvenience. My friend ordered a glass of wine and specified which one she wanted. The waiter returned and said my friend's request was out of stock so he went ahead and made an alternate selection for her. When the bill came the wine was $17.00 a glass! Her original order was much less expensive. Food was ok but the bored waiter's lousy attitude really put a damper on the evening. We would NEVER return or recommend this place!
While the food was excellent, the service was slow.
One word: Awful. My worst OpenTable experience and the worst place I’ve been at Beaver Creek. Stay away!!!
Open Table menu, description, pictures are all wrong. This is a low level hotel lobby with few tables. Service is an absolute joke. Food is tasteless...
Great prices with excellent food.
We had a lovely meal at Osprey; the ambience and service were very welcoming.
The lights are awfully bright and the dining area is basically an alcove in the lobby. Just feels a little weird. Server was great and the food was fine. It is a reasonable option in the village, just lacks atmosphere. Good location.
Pretty average place to go with fairly reasonable prices; cheaper than the mountain cafeterias.
Open table made it look nicer than it was
Not much ambiance, no music and lighting to bright. No candles. Food was good.
Service was very slow and the food was not good. 3 of 4 hamburgers were completely charred and inedible yet our waitress could have cared less. I had a salad with added chicken and it was below average for taste size and presentation. Our waitress was not friendly at all. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Overpriced, understaffed. Felt like a cafeteria. Won't go back.
It is small hotel restaurant. Very casual. Food is good, not great. Service is poor. Wine was warm
This was our first visit and we had 2 tables totaling 11 people. Our reservation was for 6:30pm. When we ordered we were told they were out of french fries. We ordered everything else and they came back to inform us they could only fulfill the special house burgers to 3 of us. They were out of burgers. WHAT! and FRIES? Who runs out of the grill basics at 6:30pm?
Great staff. Smoked anything is good eatins.
We had their Thanksgiving Dinner buffet. The food was phenomenal and we had great service. Definitely recommend eating here and we will be back!
Food was mediocre, service not great. Overpriced
Eating dinner here was a horrible choice for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was terrible, the food was average, and we finished dinner in 30 minutes from start to finish to literally get out of there. Felt more like an overpriced café. Would not return.
Food was ok, but when my wife ordered Tito's vodka on the rocks, we were charged $11 for the vodka and $3 for the rocks. Charging for ice in a bar is ridiculous!
An interesting new alternative we found with 3 Mac and cheese options. Not a great ambience but very friendly service.
