    Food was tasty, service was a little slow but we got there in the end. The garden would benefit from a clean, sweep, cushions need a wash and cobwebs brushed off. Simple things make a big difference. It’s lovely to have the garden and nice to sit outside, a little housekeeping would go a long way, otherwise a nice pub.

    Nice lunch in the outdoor garden. Scotch egg, fish and chips, burger, chicken club sandwich were all spectacular

    Cold food served in error at second course; tasteless. Lovely ambience, lovely garden. Nonchalant service of one waiter

    Food was lovely and though service staff were friendly, they were be slack in terms of providing a full service e.g. not wanting to offer dessert options nor asking us to pay. It was a very different in contrast to my previous times
