   While the service was excellent, the food was not up to par for the amount they charge. I was very disappointed. The scones tasted like raw pancake batter and were very pasty in the mouth. I did like how they had larger pastries to split, but 2 of them tasted like the refrigerator if you know what I mean. My guest got the green jasmine tea and it was very bitter, most likely because the teapot they used will not let you remove the tea after brewing. Green tea should only be brewed for a minute or two. The location is nice with a beautiful view of Big Ben and the service was attentive, but I would not return or have my tea here again.

   A wonderful experience. A hidden gem more people should search to find. Afternoon tea that overlooking the River Thames and Big Ben chiming in the background. Allergies, not to worry. The staff went out of their way and substituted when necessary. A must do experience!

   Definitely NOT worth the price - at all - but it was a nice 40 minutes together with a lovely view.

   Average food, very expensive for what it was, and a fairly dingy old room with little atmosphere. Scones were quite dry, cakes not bad, tea was good, but for nearly £200 for two, I was disappointed.
