Not our best experience at the Keg but it won't stop us from going again. Our meals took a very long time to come out of the kitchen as they were apparently slammed. When they did come, some of the sides were pretty cold which made it seem like they had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. We didn't say anything to the server as our group didn't want to wait any longer and just made do with what we got.

As for the server, Nick was excellent and took great care of the table. All in all, this was an OK visit but we know they can, and usually do, do a lot better.

We like eating here as everything is cooked the we like it done and very tasty. The staff are great

I made the reservation for dining not to be seated in the lounge area. I selected the dining room when I reserved on line. The food was good but would have enjoyed the Birthday celebration with some table lighting and the ambience.

Service was great, garlic cheese bread was amazing. Lobster add on was not seasoned and thus left it bland, otherwise food was good.

My steak was ordered rare, and it came out barely pink.

We didnt have salt or pepper at the table and asked multiple times.

We were served our steak, and didnt have knives to cut them so we waited until the server came back around.....

The kids burgers were over cooked and were dry. The kids hated them.

Great spot for a relaxing and tasty dinner with family. A no-fail menu, moderate prices, pleasant staff and great ambiance constitutes the Keg's evergreen formula. I recommend it for any happy occasion.

Appetizers weren’t bad, red peppers jelly tasted a little strong, the shrimp weren’t bad. Main course of the apple special was amazing. Staff was great. Place was loud enough you couldn’t hear others conversations individually but you could still hear your own conversation. Always a pleasure to go

Nice evening out for my husband’s birthday. Our server was excellent, just wish I could remember her name! The restaurant was peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed the food. The prices are quite high which unfortunately means we don’t get to visit too often.

Outstanding as always!! The Keg has been my favourite restaurant for well over 40 years and never disappoints. The Sherwood Park location is very easy to get to with ample and accesable parking. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely be going back.

This was our first time back in over a year and we came to celebrate our anniversary. Our last experience was disappointing to say the least. However this time we were blown away by how excellent our service and meal was. Everything was the way we expect it to be. Our server was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and exceptional at her job. We were treated to a round of drinks and a desert. Honestly this is why the Keg is our go to, never fail place for an excellent meal and great service. Our only complaint is we often find the music too loud but this is a minor thing and possibly just our personal preference or possibly due to the fact we usually get sat in the booths beside the bar side. Either way we had a fabulous night, and left full and happy. Thank you!

Fantastic service! We had the delicious appetizers, steak & lobster, lovely Malbec wine & ended off with cream Brule. I highly recommend that if you're going to have a steak that you try the charred/Chicago style steak. It ended up being the absolute best steak that I've ever had. The personal service provided by Quinn was fantastic. It was a perfect evening.

Very clean throughout, food was delicious and service was excellent.

Two of us had the new feature braised short ribs and it was excellent. One person went with their favourite, the salmon and the other person also had a favourite, roast beef. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

We were seated quite quickly. Drinks served. Orders taken. The prime rib was definitely more on the rare side then they suggested. The side of asparagus was raw & our waiter disappeared for quite a while. I ended up asking multiple servers for a refill of water. It was only when a manager walked by that we got water.

For the amount we spent on our anniversary dinner, I definitely expected better service.

Went with a couple girlfriends to celebrate my new home & to catch up. We had a lovely evening & fabulous meal! The only glitch was the server didn’t bring my friends salad until after her meal came. But not a big deal. It was delicious
