The quirky urban treehouse interior initially caught my eye for our date night dinner, and I’m happy to say it wasn’t just a case of style over substance — the food and service were incredible. Friendly faces and warm smiles greeted us at the door, making us feel at home from the very start. The waitstaff at The Jam were very attentive and welcoming. As for the food, it did not disappoint! From melt-in-your-mouth olives and warm focaccia bread to steaming bowls of luxuriously soft pasta, everything was delightful. For our mains, I ordered the bucatini with wild truffle pesto and Italian sausage, while my partner had the carbonara. For dessert, we enjoyed a tiramisu and raspberry sorbet with meringue cream (I requested added chocolate sauce). We left feeling satisfied and happy, and we will definitely be returning in the future! Five stars!

Unique setting, average food, incredibly rude manager. Also confused as to why I could only get a booking months in advance, meanwhile the restaurant was almost empty when I visited.

Fun location if you get to climb up but the food is not great. It’s very noisy as the space is really small and the prices are definitely not worth the basic dishes they have

Booked my table with significant time to ensure, when I asked (as it was a special occasion), a table "upstairs". When we arrived we were told there werent any available tables upstairs but that the moment one table was free we would be moved. However, a table left and another couple was seated there. Food was nice (we had pasta, risotto & lamb) but wouldnt recommend the italian doughnut for dessert. It was such a pity.. we chose that restaurant because of the peculiar tables and we werent able to enjoy them.
