   We had a lovely anniversary meal at The Ivy, food was delicious, service was amazing, we highly recommend.

   We loved the restaurant and the food. However, the service was not as friendly or helpful as we hoped. Our server didn’t seem interested in connecting with us as guests and seem put off to serve us. I rarely write a review like this but this was not a great experience and needs to be improved.

   Ivy the waitress who served us, outstanding service she went above and beyond, she went back to the palace theatre to get a programme that I’d left in the bar of the Ivy. Unbelievable lady! A credit to them, please pass this onto the management. Michell Brookes

   Hi was disappointed with the quality of my steak I was unable to eat it as was very chewy and grissley I did complain to my waiter when asked if everything was ok . He did offer to replace it but I didn’t want another . We have visited ivy restaurants before never been a problem always been superb I must say but not this time regards M sanger

   Ordinato il tradizionale Sunday roast. Qualità media ma serivito freddo. Ho fatto presente al cameriere il quale ha offerto i dolci. Secondo me non ha gli stessi standard di altri Ivy provati

   We came in for Sunday brunch at 0:30 and were told we couldn’t have alcohol till 10’am. No big deal but they never came back after 10 am and asked if we wanted a mimosa or Bloody Mary. Service wasn’t great. Food was good but nothing to write home about. Just ok

    Great Food and great service by Ismail! Only thing was that the meals for six people didn't come out of the kitchen the same time, some side dishes were missing for a longer time.
