   The quality of food has really declined at any Ivy locations we have eaten at over the last year. Our blackened cod today was small, cold and the sauce totally unappealing.

   While out table was in the corner of the center which was lovely. Service, food was not.

   An amazing service, very good food and ambiance. It might be a bit out of your budget but its so worth it for what you get + the experience you have.

   I use the Ivy daily regularly, normally it’s a solid lunch selection today was poor. The place was rammed at 1pm and it was chaos. We had to wait for everything, chase out main courses which the waitress had not even noticed we had not had. Poor effort today, it’s expensive enough for me to go elsewhere when it’s that poor.

   Let down by the service. French waiter was very pleasant but the others may want to learn to smile. Guess everyone can have a off day, but the overall feeling when leaving the premises is not a good one, sadly

   Very nice menu with complimentary champagne . Sides and coffee bump up price but overall very good

   Great ambiance and wonderful food. Must have been short of staff as they were not as attentive as usual.

   We had a lovely anniversary meal at The Ivy, food was delicious, service was amazing, we highly recommend.

    I have always had great experience at the Ivy restaurants but this was an exception. The Maitre de was exceptionally rude when I asked if we could be seated other than at the entrance table ( where one is in the way of customers and staff). I have never been spoken to in such a rude and condescending way. Even the other staff were embarrassed. He refused to seat us elsewhere because he said the restaurant was full ( even though the restaurant was actually half full and I said we had to leave within 80 minutes by when it had emptied out further. ) Then, as is usual at this venue, one of the side orders didn’t arrive until we had finished but the waiter took the cost of that off our bill, thankfully, and was apologetic. The Maitre de spoilt the evening by his rudeness.
